Fillers such as Hyloronic Acid are at best temporary, your body will eventually absorb it. The other dermal filler is PMMA, and while I have seen mixed results from proponents like Dan Salas at Surgery Life Enhancement, I believe it is potentially dangerous because of the infection and rejection risks. It too doesn't seem to be a permanent girth gain solution. The only surgical girth gainer that will yield permanent results is the Beladerm dermal graft, but it too is fraught with potential dangerous side effects such as infection. Additionally you cannot pump after this procedure due to the risk of dislodging or deforming the graft.
It's comforting to see several PE veterans chime in on the dangers involved! Truth & consequences isn't just an old game show! I just wish more of these PE veterans would be as vocal about compression / clamp style weight hangers and the dangers involved in using them!
