Hi all,

First time poster, and let me just thank Pegasus, Spanky, Minuteman, and all the other board members for sharing their story and advice. It's been infinitely helpful; it's so great place to have the support of like-minds with no fear of being sneered at.

Background:
Like most of you, I suffer from PE. It wasn't always the case, I had a pretty normal sex life before that. The PE came on after a long period of being single. During this period, I did delve into internet porn for quite a bit and that could have been the bases of my problem. I didn't think much of the first couple of time having sex with PE, but of course it quickly became a downward spiral to the point where I'm avoiding sex.

Initiative:
So here I am. I started my education with Mantak Chia's Multi-Orgasmic Man Book thinking that can be a possible solution to my PE problem. In attempting the exercises in the book lead me to research more on the correct techniques, which lead me here, to the PE Gym. At this point, I am pretty much concentrating on solving my PE problem before attempting on being MMO.

Progress:
It's been more than two full weeks since I started doing Kegal / Reverse Kegal and Edging. Here is what my experience has been so far.

First Week:
I first started with 3 session of only kegal. This helped me to learn the BC muscle and how to isolate it. I always been able to stop myself from peeing, so this was not too difficult. I tried masturbating after couple days of kegal sessions to try kegaling at the PONR. I find it close to impossible to hold in the ejaculation and holding a kegal seems only to pushing me over the edge.

Second Week:
After a little more reading on this forum, I came to the conclusion I may have an unbalanced pelvic floor. I start incorporating reverse kegal to my routine. Started off from 50/50 to 30/70 of kegal to reverse kegal. This exercise was tricky for me and took me a bit of time to learn. This further taught me to learn to isolate my BC and PC muscles.

Reverse kegal has done wonders for me. I've done several edging session since incorporating reverse kegal and have observed I've been unconsciously clenching my BC and PC muscle. I have to fight this clenches the first few time edging. Also I learn about the involuntary kegals while doing reverse kegal during edging sessions. I'll diving it this a little more later, but on my last edging session, I didn't feel one involuntary kegal at all. I also observed i was clenching my PC muscle through out my normal day.

Since doing reverse kegals, my edging session have gone for way longer and PONR seems to be spreading further and further apart.

*I occasionally have "dribbles" when peeing which seems to come and go. Is this a sign of a week BC muscle or Pelvic Floor Muscle?

Edging and Observations:

Fleshlight Edging:
I've done edging manually and with a fleshlight. I have a fleshlight that is fabulous to use with easy clean up. I'm not sure what the rules are to linking commercial products, so I will be refraining from posting the link. If it's allowed, I'll be glad to send the link to anyone that are interested.

The first couple of sessions (with fleshlight), I tried to hold back ejaculating with kegals. This did not worked at all for me and I ejaculated pretty first. Later on, I edged with the fleshlight reverse kegaling from the start. It is during these fleshlight edging sessions that I realize I was clenching my BC and PC muscle unconsciously. Also I learned that I was having involuntary kegals. I keep fighting these off with reverse kegal. This gets easier and easier as I go continue my routines. Also, I feel more "balanced".

Half-Ejaculation (?) with Fleshlight:
One curious observation I had during these initial fleshlight edging session is on several occasion I felt I ejaculated. I like to call them half-ejaculations; they did not feel as intense as my normal ejaculations; and the curious part is I was able to stay hard and continue my fleshlight edging. I cannot confirm ejaculating though as the ejaculates (if there was any) stayed within the fleshlight and mixed it with the lube. My glans were especially sensitive after the first "half-ejaculation".

Half-Ejaculation (?) without Fleshlight:
I had a similar result edging with just my hands. First, the precum came shooting out like I'm ejaculating. The ejaculate was completely translucent, so I assumed they were precum. Shooting precum like that was a first for me, or at least the first time i observed it. Usually they just oozes out. During the same edging session I also "half-ejaculated" as semen did oozed out and not shoot out. I would stay hard after and continue to have these "half-ejaculations" and continue on edging for a full 30 min until I had a wet orgasm and semen did shoot out.

*Anyone have any insight on this "half-ejaculation"? I'm completely mystified by it.

Dry Orgasm:
On my last edging session (without fleshlight), I think I experienced dry orgasms. I was able to eliminate involuntary kegals and lower arousal levels through reverse kegals and deep breathing. I tried to relax as I start approaching the PONR. At this point I think I had a dry orgasm - it felt like a mini orgasm, but no ejaculate came out. It's almost as if my penis was taking in a gulp of air. This happened several times before I ejaculated at the end of a 30 minute session. An interest of note during this session is my erection stayed at a pretty good level for quite a bit of time afterward, maybe at a 6-8 (out of 10).

*Does that sound like a dry orgasm? Any insight to the erection level afterward.
*I've read about several board members experience with different type of orgasm. Can anyone link me to further information on the different type of orgasms?



General Thoughts and Observation:
*I believe an unbalanced pelvic floor and combination of an affinity to porn lead to my PE
*Reverse Kegal seems to be the key in keeping myself relax and keeping the PONR
*Understanding and observing my body during edging, sex, and throughout the day is also key. As I mention earlier, I learned that I was clenching my PC and/or BC muscle unconsciously through out the day.
*Kegal / Reverse Kegal seems to have helped with my erection level
*Good attitude goes a long way. A lot of the things I experience so far seems far fetch when I first read about it. Keep trying and it almost comes to you.

Partial ejaculation is common in those training for dry orgasm.
Initial dry orgasms are often less intense, continued training will increase intensity.

Thanks for the info, Pegasus. Have not been as successful in the last several edging session in holding in for the DO's. Will keep at it.

I have been doing reverse kegels for the past month. No real routine, just when ever think about it. I can seperte my front and back while doing a reverse kegel most of the time. I have noticed a big difference while edging. I have done very few regular kegels in this time. Do you think my pelvic floor is balanced enough for a balanced kegel routine?

When my erection is around 80-100%, my penis is straight up and really close to my abdomen. If i try to "force it" straight out (parallel to the floor) it gets really tens at the base and I can't force it to a lower angle. Can this be a sign of high muscular tension of the front pelvic floor, or is it something else?

I would say you're ready to add some kegels.

Muscle strength is a factor but I think the biggest one is the length of the ligs. If you want a lesser angle start doing reverse kegels and PE stretches.

Hi there!if have been off from pe for About à year now.i m currently doing jp90 workout for penis seize.but The main reason im here is That i have PE and also urinating problems Due to Temse pelvic Floor muscles.i cant push all my pee out.so when im finished,some wil dribble out à bit.im currently now doing reverse kegels,pelvic streches(yoga).and tennis ball massage.my question is can i do this Every day?i tried to edge yesterday.and IT seems to help,but i keep losing my erection.i think because my muscles where sore off The streching.do i need to heal from The streching off The pelvic Floor muscles?i just want to fix this problem!thanks for all your advise IT makes alot of scènes to me allready.

Okay thanks!then i Will be doing rk Every other day untill i get rid of the tension and then implement normal kegals to my workout

Don't know if im on The right thread but i have à question About edgeing.had a good session of 25 min yesterday.and only reached ponr twice and did not cum.the only thing was my front kegal muscle spasmd out for About 1 min when i finished.is this normal?or a sign of overtraining or something? Greetings

Just started up rk's this week and I felt a little soreness, since i too have a tight pelvic floor. Your question has already been answered but I'm on the same boat as you as far as feeling a little sore. Give yourself some rest days as pegasus stated. Personally, I'm doing them every other day/every two days. Good luck!

Side note: I had a Viagra like eq last night, which hasn't happened in a while. It's making me a believer that rk's are key to eq and control.

Couple of tricks to try to relax pelvic floor for huge erections...1, bring your knees close together as your getting erect. 2, concentrate on your toes and even flex them or move them back and forth...takes focus off your dick and relaxes muscles. 3, stimulate only the tip for a very extended period of time. When you are fully aroused with relax pelvic floor, begin to pulse flex Kegels and watch your dick turn into the incredible hulk.
