So i dont have pre e, but I feel like I did when I was younger. Now I find it more difficult to cum at all. Anyway my advice is this. Continue edging and really learn where your ponr is. Next, during sex, do not slide your dick in and out. Gradually put the tip in. Get used to the feeling, tease her a little bit. Then slowly keep going deeper. But not pumping. Once your dick is all the way in, try grinding your hips. This keeps your dick from being over stimulated, plus this is usually how tou make women cum. If you get near ponr, pull out. Move down to her clit for a few minutes. When the urge to cum subsides, get back inside her. Take it very very slow. From my experience get near ponr a couple times and you will be able to keep going longer and longer. Eventually being able to control when you cum. Thats all I can advise. Just train your brain when you are getting near ponr. Then have as much sex as possible to train your brain how damn good pussy feels.

I acknowledge that my ed and pre-e is being caused by depression, stress, and disgust towards my soon to be ex wife. I already filed divorce. The thing is, I tried having sex once with another woman (after filing divorce), and had the same issues. As what the others have said, it will take time with consistent practice. Anxiety just builds up... also fear of not being able to satisfy another woman anymore.

Hello Mods and active members,

It's been more than a week since I religiously followed JP90 with edging. So far, I noticed an improvement with erection. Back then (before the routine) after I ejaculate, I would have a hard time getting it up again, now it is easier and more stiff. As for edging, I focus on reaching 20 minutes with faster thrusts and with harder squeeze as this is the point where I tend to lose the battle in real sex.

As for the Pre-E, still less than 5 minutes in real sex. I do deep diaphragmatic breaths, and RK's, but once I feel the woman kegel, and say more or harder, it is hard for me to control. I know I can do better with more psychological conditioning and practice. I tend to "lose it" when my partner is about to cum.

How do you guys make your first session before the very first PONR longer? I am at 9-10 minutes right now. Should my training focus on making that longer? or Continue with aiming 20 + minutes of edging with 3-4 PONR stops everytime?

I will have more to report when my fleshlight arrives next week.

The secret is controlling your arousal levels, and that's done mentally. I've discovered that it doesn't matter how strong my pelvic floor is, or even how well balanced; if I can't control my arousal, no amount of kegels will push away PONR... but don't get it twisted, you WANT to have a well balanced pelvic floor :thumb:

Different things work for different guys. I've never suffered from pre-E, but have tried to help a couple of friends who suffered with it mightily. I think your issues are mostly stress related, the impending divorce and all the lurid and unpleasant accusations that ensue from that, plus guilt about your children's feelings of abandonment, plus new relationships, plus sexual pressures from new partners....Hey Man. give yourself a break!!!

Ever consider taking sex off your plate for the time being? It's the one optional thing you have control over, and you don't need one more stressful "failure" in your life right now! You've been through and are going to be going through a LOT for the near-term forseeable future; so why not control the variable stress in your life that you can? Just a thought. Get some satisfaction from rebuilding your stamina, the size of your unit and focus on getting your life back in order for a few months. The females are still gonna be there, when you've got some stability and put some of the agonizing pressure-cooker stuff you have to deal with behind you. Don't add more fuel to the dumpster-fire that's your life right now (sorry). Put out the blaze by removing stress; don't add to it!...just sayin'...

Keeping my mind blank to lower arousal level is definitely one of my top priorities right now. I will keep practicing mental strength when my fleshlight arrives. Appreciate the tip brother.

You definitely have a lot or all the points hit on your posts. The only reason I try having sex while underdoing the routine is to check if it was effective or not. But you are right, I will focus more or my routine and fixing my issue than trying to actually do it for now. Maybe once in two weeks or a month (for now) lol

Got it master... I was just thinking that if I have sex, let us say it takes 5 mins for my first level 9 arousal level, I stop/kegel/squeeze, then put it back in. It will still take 5 mins or lower to get to the same arousal level, rinse and repeat. I don't think any woman would like that when she is already about to climax, you take it out, then the same thing will happen for about 20-30 mins.

I just need to be patient and keep edging until I can make it longer and longer. Thanks boss!

Defeated by Fleshlight...

So today my fleshlight arrived, and like a little kid, I wanted to try it out. 5 mins, was the maximum and I wasn't able to control it. I guess I have my baseline time now.

Should I mix this with manual edging? Or wait until my edging is more than an hour before switching to fleshlight?

Why wait, jump right in, i've never used a fl but they're obviously intense so use it. Yes I would say mix it up, when you feel the urge is too strong edge with hand or balloon.

As advised, I will follow the 2 days on, 1 day off for edging. That dang kneeling position needs to get fixed asap. I have the fastest time ejaculating while doing RK when having sex in the kneeling position (sort of Japanese sitting position). While edging, I lasted 41 minutes manual stimulation, but when I start thrusting, it is shortened.

So I decided to turn this into a log since this is the appropriate sub forum. I also decided to modify my routine to accommodate enough pelvic floor and penis rest. I felt like my unit was over trained. Same as bodybuilding, muscles need enough rest and nutrition to promote proper growth and show results.

Log Day 1: 08/23/15

I am starting the log with a rest day since I felt yesterday that my penis was over trained. Did some deep breaths + RK's but didn't do much reps.

maybe you have PE because your head is so bigger than your shaft.

5.3'' vs 4.1'', your glans is getting 100% of the stimulation. I'd have crazy PE if my glans was way bigger than my shaft.

Now that you mentioned it, you make a good point. My glans is way bigger than the shaft.. it may also cause the Prem-E... but as what I mentioned on the thread and replies, I did not have this problem before the cheating.

Regarding 4.1, I might have measured it the wrong way, MSEG was 4.3, though still not proportionate to the glans.

Thanks for bringing that up man, I checked on the measurements today. My BPEL is still 5.8, my MSEG though had a 0.2 increase from 4.3. I will make sure to provide more accurate measurements later when I do the JP90 + edging.

Day 2 (08/25/15)

The day started good, I was able to PE some lifts, and meet all the goals for that day. As for the mental aspect, I was so stressed as we started to argue earlier over the same topics. I am not even interested to argue anymore, I am contemplating on my options if I get out of the house and take my daughter.

As for PE, it felt like I had a negative PI, it looked shorted, but when I measured it fully erect, it's BPEL is: 5.7", and MSEG: 4.52". I felt relieved that it didn't shrink. lol I focused mainly on the jelqs, making sure that blood is trapped properly, keeping the stroke rhythm even.

Edging was a bit challenging. Erection kept going down the line after I crossed the 15 min mark. I had to think of very sensual/sexy images just to bring the erection back. I lasted 41 minutes, with a medium pace, with occasional fast paced strokes. When on the kneeling position, I started practicing thrusting.

If I over think of something sexy, the time between one PONR to the next gets shorter. I had if I am not mistaken, 6 stoppage. ANd when I reached the 40 min mark I stopped.

I need to greatly improve in recognizing the plateau level. Sometimes, I felt it just jumped straight to almost PONR when over stimulated with erotic mental images. I also need to greatly improve triangle breathing and RK's. I still have a lot of work to do, but at least, I lasted 40 mins on the flesh light.

I will post day 3 tonight...

Just a curious question though, what effective penis cream/supplement are you guys taking? For those taking it.. And what penis extender do you recommend? (Not planning on buying yet)

Log for yesterday, I am slacking off in posting. lol

Day 2 - 08/26/15
Mood: Relaxed

I looked at my penis and it seemed shortened so I measured had it fully erect and measured it, thank God it is the right measurement. lol So...

JP90 - I warmed up well before starting the routine. Did the usual helicopters, then proceeded with the stretch. Erection was just at around 10-20 so it as controllable. Finished without any pain or discomfort.

As for the jelqs, they've become my favorite as I gained 0.2 inches after around 2 weeks of following the routine. I vascularity is very visible. I made sure to squeeze it enough to have a lot of blood trapped. Ended the routine without pain.

Edging - I had a good EQ this time as I was already relaxed. I lasted 38.4 minutes, but still decided to cum because I increased the pace masturbating with fleshlight. I did it standing, and kneeling. More kneeling because it is my weakness.

Overall, it was a good day for my penis exercise.



Did 200 RK's divided into 4 different sets with varying intensity and frequency. I didn't do regular kegs as I was already doing it with the JP90 stretches.
















Day 3 - 08/27/15

It's rest day, time to give my junk some rest. Drank a lot of proteins, BCAA, my usual 5 G supplements and threw a couple of RK's.

Day 4 - 08/28/15
Mood: A bit tensed

So it was another day where I just want to forget. Just got some info that hurt my feeling, but I still managed to get up and smile. JP90 routine was good, I was able to warm up properly, and got a good routine from start to finish. I finished it without pain or any sort of discomfort. I finished the routine with a FLESHLIGHt edging session, which I was able to finish in 41 minutes. I enjoyed the standing position as I was able to feel great pleasure while doing the routine when compared to kneeling. Because of the increase in thrust, I noticed that I reached PONR faster so I had a lot of stopping and kegels to stop my self from ejaculating.

I know the goal is lasting long in bed, BUT I really want to know if there is a way to increase the duration from one PONR to another. I noticed that if erection lowers 80-60%, duration lengthens, but that is not what I want. I want to be fully erect and make it able to last long in between "sets".

Still, I am happy I reached 40 minutes, good PE session!














Day 5 - 08/29/15

I had an unexpected rest day today. I may have aggravated my back while doing the deadlift, it wasn't much pain but I feel something on some positions. Went to the doc, just told me to rest and ice + advil.

Did light RK/K routines throughout the day just so my pelvic floor gets used to the routine.
