New log im starting thats going to literally be a strict Light PE + androextender + Excellent Abwork out after the 4th month i will start to add ULI and some other advanced workout!
i have been doing PE since 2009! i am now again starting PE again to see if i can gain another inch in length and half inch in girth!
right now i am
6.8-9 nbpel & 4.8-9 EG
my goal is to hit 8 inches and 6 inch girth if i am lucky in 6 months!
this is my routine. very simple and i know i will gain. because i gained 1 inch doing this back in 2009 in only 6 months

- Main focus is to Warm up real real well! for 15 minutes or even 20 minutes. RICESOCK AS A WARMUP IS excellent.
- stretch 30 sec and 25 kegels Right left out and up just like JP workout stretches
- follow up with 5 Medium to light Squeezes for 10 seconds
- rewarm up for 2 min
- jelq for 10 minutes 4-5 second strokes
- warm down with rice sock for another 10 minutes to heal
- put on Extender for 1-2 hours not stretched beyond your erect size but half an inch below your erect size. this incourages no more turtling and a better flaccid hang.
- after all that workout i cool down my cock with some cold water.
this is my routine. very simple and i know i will gain. because i gained 1 inch doing this back in 2009 in only 6 months
