Maybe it's time that you see a soft tissue specialist to avoid reinjuring yourself. It's likely that they will have you doing different movements for awhile- most likely geared towards recovery and flexibility than strength. That's provided that you don't need full rest or require more intensive treatment.

Truly I can understand your testing yourself with certain beloved movements, but at this point you're guessing about something that, quite frankly, doesn't sound right.

Another Update: Went to lift today, was able to squat just the bar once again without any problems. Made sure to do all the pelvic stretches I know of heavily before I went.
In between sets of dumbbell rows, as I went to pick up the weight, I crouched and tilted my pelvis slightly and immediately felt a sharp tingley shooting pain in pretty much my entire pelvic floor, seemingly radiating into the entirety of my dick. I've had sciatic pain randomly before, which is how I would describe this sensation. It lasted all of .0000001 of a second, but made itself strongly noticeable for the moment I felt it.
I didn't panic or anything, and it didn't happen again and didn't affect the rest of my lifts (given I didn't try any heavy squatting or deadlifting movements).

So with this given, does anyone have any new theories about what could be going on?
-I initially felt a "tugging" pain behind my dick and in my perineum (gooch) while squatting with weight a month ago
-I don't have a hernia
-My balls/the area above my balls randomly hurt temporarily, lasting a couple minutes. Feels like blue balls
-Sitting for long periods of time seems to cause spasms in the area
-Stretches seem to help
-Sometimes it's felt like a "tightness" like a taut ligament, other times it's felt like a full on temporary spasm, other times it's felt like a random tingling nerve pain

My guesses: piriformis, pudendal neuralgia, osteitis pubis

My guess is you should see a physio.
