I remember reading bnip's account of SU hanging, he used a ladder beside him to hang over it. I haven't read too many more accounts though, as a good few reported saying it was very uncomfortable. I think the member neverenough hangs SU or OTS now, so perhaps he can chime in how he does it.
Thanks, kick. I messed around with a few different options and came up with one that works relatively well. I did note that I had to almost double the weight in order to get any stretch. I surmised that it's the whole fulcrum/pulley then counterbalancing the weight, reducing the load. So where I was up to 12.5 lbs BTC, I had to take it up to 20 lbs to get the same stretch doing OTS.
Do you have a spot you could put an eye hook up in a ceiling or a door frame. If you have a room that you can keep most out of then you can get a pulley and hang it up. You can get one for under 10 bucks.
I know Namso created a cool pulley system in a thread a while back for hanging straight out while he is at his desk. It looks like there would be minimal to no drag with that system. If this could somehow be adopted for SU or OTS positions, it would help a great deal. I'd imagine OTS position would be such a pain in the ass and sore on one's shoulder.

The most comfortable way I have done OTS is to roll my coat into a pillow, put a movie on my laptop, and lie under the desk with my head facing the weight. Turn 45-90° to each side and you can target any angle you want.
You could use the ladder set-up behind a reclined easy chair and get the same thing.
Hey GTO. The best way for 100% of the weight to be put on the penis is tie a pulley to a chair. Have your weights attached to a rope and feed the rope through the pulley that's tied to the chair. Place the chair directly next to your bed then lay on your bed flat on your back with your knees bent like you are about to do a sit up or crunch.
Now attach the other end of the rope that was fed through the pulley to your hanger which is attached to your penis and your all set. You now have 100% of the weight's force being applied to your penis. Pulling the penis straight upward toward your belly button to hit the tunica and the connective tissues rooted into the base of the penis. With this upwards angle method of hanging, I gain most of my length gains with it.
