I am now in the phase of research.
I can get liquid Ostarine (very expensive) or in pill/tabletform (very good price and confirmed top notch quality).
All in all, i am confused about the dosage.
bodybuilders take generally about 20mg max a day.First effects are noticeable at 3mg/day.
So my first hurdle to take is to find a good dosage.
2nd which one to buy (liquid vs powder).
3rd how to make a cream.
I was thinking of a 70% dmso aloe gel and combining it with the liquid or powder.
If i could avoid dmso, i would go with another cream.
4th When to use it. Do i need a loading phase and apply it daily or can i use it only for my shock workouts for example every 14days.
5th Intention of use.
I would like to use it for really intense workouts and shorten my recovery time to speed up gains.
I.e.: without Ostarine: every 14 days shock workout 1day length/1day girth=16days+5-7 days recovery
= about 22days +fatigue + possible minor injuries
With Ostarine= 16-17 days, no fatigue, full recovery + better gains?
There are thousand other possibilities for sure, this is just a example out of my head as i end in the past my 14 days pumping cycles totally fatigued with a shock workout before going into recovery.
Really appreciate any input.
Ps: i am no newbie.....dont have a log, gained good and will post a before-after success thread when i reach my goal which is only 0.5 inch away ( gained already 0.9 inch lenght + 0.5 inch girth via manuals+extender)
