Well, I have finished my first session...it felt GOOD! lol. Nice and plump afterwards, but then got really small (much smaller than usual) when it went flaccid. Is this usual? Have I done too much? Any help much appreciated.

I have always been dissatisfied with the size of my penis. I just recently shared my unhappiness with my wife. She has always excepted my size but was not always happy with my performance. So after doing some research we both decided to give PE a try. So far it has been about 3 weeks and I am using a natural male enhancement pill along with a jelq exercise. My performance has improved but still very little increase in size. I know it is early but I am excited to reach my goal.

I found my success at:

Welcome Add inch your

Lucky shes supportive, time will give you gain just stick to your routine since it has some result, our 90day beginner routine will condition our unit to a more intense one.

Lastly dude I don't believe in enlargement pill. In term's of performance what are you aiming really? If your aiming for endurance you can do edging, if your aiming for hard rock unit do kegel, if for technique experience in sex wil do that just listen to her reaction. ( Famed woman pleasure zone- Clitoris, g spot, A fornix) I guess thats a whole different topic

Hi guys,
I stumbled upon this site back at the beginning of April while looking on the Internet for unrelated items. It caught my interest because although I've always considered my size to be somewhat average (starting:BPEL 6.5" BPEG 5.25"), I'm also 6'4" tall 265 pounds. So, considering the size of my frame I have never been quite satisfied even though I have never had any complaints. Also, in the last year or so after turning 50, I've begaun to experience occasional ED and EQ problems. Anyway, I never realized that anything like penis enlargement ever existed outside of the "male enhancement pill" advertisements that I had seen on TV which I always considered to be bogus.
Since I started reading the information on this website I have come to believe that this is something that is truly achievable.
After being a "lurker" on his website for a couple of weeks I started doing Kingpoles begginner routine on 4-15-09.
By 5-3-09 my BPEL had increasedto 6.75" and my BPEG had increased 5.50". When I measured and found out I had had these increases I was ecstatic!!! I thought to myself HOLY $+%* this really works!! Shortly after that I began to experience some negative PI's so I stopped altogether. I think that either I was doing something wrong, or even
Kingpoles beginner exercise was too intense for me.
In the meantime I had ordered " Exercising the Penis" by AAron Kemmer. I am about halfway through the book and plan on starting Pe again today. This time I am going to try Aarons beginner routine to start with because it seems like it might be a little less intense.
I want to thank the administrators, moderators, and other contributors on this website for their sincerity and wanting to help others reach their goals. I look forward to this journey and thank you all in advance for your support.

Hullo.

I like to experiment, so I figured I would give PE a shot. Maybe a year or two. Now I know training logs are recommended, but I intend to stick with my gut feeling. I don't mind not getting bigger, if I feel bigger. ;)

And I hate to ask here, but if anyone knowledgeable could provide a reply to my question I'd appreciate it.

Thanks!

Here's the question, it concerns babbis' routine for beginners:

I'm looking to gain girth (though I wouldn't mind a little extra length...), so is it OK for me to replace the basic jelq with the v-jelq, and the stretches with flaccid bends? According to the girth hardgainer thread they should be safe even for a beginner (I've only done some kegels before, and didn't even know the exercise had such a name).

Hey.
So I have been thinking about PE routines for a while and decided I would join a free site that seem's legitimate. Here I am. This site appears to have some very committed members and so I thought this would be a good place to start. I have a few concerns though about the LOT theory though. Firstly by doing stretches are we trying to reduce this tug back affect? Just that when I do kegals when Im erect my penis moves up and down quite alot and I like this, I dont want to lose the movement I have with it. Does that make sense? May be a silly question and I could possibly have the wrong end of the stick. Any thoughts?

Never heard some one losing the thug due to PE. None the less I will inform you all if I lose mine.^^ , Just that when I do kegals when Im erect my penis moves up and down quite alot : Thats Kegals the muscle in the flooring of our unit. Hmmmmm since you like it a lot why do't you put towel in it? In order not to confuse you and be certain it is also the muscle that stop the flow.^^ Welcome to PE:D

I'm assuming here that you are completely new to P.E. I'm always concerned about injury when one is just starting out. I know I was. I would stick with the basic jelq for two or three months, and then, once you have a solid routine in place, add the v-jelq and the stretches with flaccid bends. Why assume you are a hard gainer in girth? Is that your premise? Don't assume anything if you are new to the game. See whether you gain in girth with the basic jelq. That may be all you need. THEN, and ONLY then, add the additonal variations on the exercise. THEN, add the stretches with flaccid bends, etc. This is only one man's opinion. You need as much feedback as you can get from as many members as possible, especially those with more experience. Do as much reading as possible. Read the success stories. Read the many routines that members are following, especially those who post regularly. Go with the winners. What worked for them MAY work for you. It's a lot about trial and error.

But whatever approach you take, stick with it for a few months, and be consistent. Hope this is helpful and good luck, weakling.
