ok, new member not to PE, a bit about me,
i stumbled on to PE forums about a year ago, i was trying to deal with the fall out of a spinal coard injury and that was i had a catheter in my dick and it was slowly withering away. last year i had an operation so i no longer have the tube in my penis, now it sticks out my belly, fun eh? i started doing jelqs and stretchs, and i'm sure like many got to a little carried away. i took a month off and started over, when i started i measured: bpel 5.5 and eg 4.50 now i'm bpel 5.7/8 and eg 5.50. i am a low level quadriplegic (c-5) and have no hand function, so i have adapted exercises and i use weights that i attach to a condom catheter. i have no feeling from the nipples down so alot is trial and error. i can stay hard for sex as long as my wife can go and never ejaculate. my penis still turtles up as i am sitting all day so sometimes after a session i traction wrap it. i'm posting this for everybody to get a glimpse of quad life and in hopes that i might help others like me. just remember if you're down in the dumps things could be worse, i know there's always somebody worse of than me. cheers!

hi everyone

hi everyone

ive been looking into pills and those sotra things 2 get results but ive decided 2 go about it this way because i couldnt get a straight answer on anything else so i joined this site so i can get advice off people who have been using these techniques 4 a lot longer than i have, so, glad 2 be on board.

Hello All,

Just signed up today after reading a bunch of posts on the forums.

I'll be honest - I am sceptical about the effectiveness of all this however after reading progress logs and some articles I am giving it a go. After all - who does not want a longer penis?

I've just measured mine so can use that as a starting point. (Apologies as its in cm's.)

bpel 16.3cm and eg 14.2cm

I'll try to update as and when.

hi everyone

Hi guys, I've just joined this forum, and thought i'd say hi to everyone. I hope for my penis to gain some size for i feel its not good enough.
My FL size is 2.5" long and 3.5 Circumference, EL size is 5" long and 5.5 Circumference.
So where should i start to make it longer?

Hi i am new here.i didnt buy any of the programs offered in the internet but i searched 6 months ago and found many information about PE so i start it.i am very very very very very>>>>>.........excited!!!I was sick of some friends that thought the could be the only ones who have girls and being very proud about having it 7 inches.i was very sick....so i start.after six months i am about 7.1 inches in EL and 7.4 BPEL.and 5.5EG.but i am still growing!!!!.
started EL:6.2.i can now see them in their eyes and think i am bigger and i will go much bigger if i can...i am a lot more confident and my girlfriend have pains after we do it for a week so he looks at me with a bit of scare.

make your strenth come from your soul and mind.....with these we could do anything

new here.. right now i am about 7.5" with a 6" or so girth.. i am looking to get about 8.5"-9" and maybe 6.5" girth...

should i start with the routine that you just posted a link to remek? or should i do the babbis one that is on the excel sheet?

dmw: Welcome!

As to your question, for most people, I would recommend the basic beginner's routine. For guys who start with weak erections or not a very "conditioned" penis (i.e. don't masturbate or have sex that often), I would suggest babbis' routine.

hi everyone.i am new at this site.I can claim tha PE works and i can prove that.after seven months with a hard scedule i have gain about 1" in lenth and 0.4"girth.
My started stats where:
6" errect lenth
6.2"bone pressed errect lenth
4.5"girth
2"flausid lenth


NOW:
7.1",7.2"errect lenth
7.4,7.5"bone pressed errect lenth
5",5.1"errect girth
flausid lenth about 5"


I am excited with my gains and my new penis size and i will continue training my penis to rich the best size 8"......
I suggest it to everyone.

Hi guys!

I began with the exercises of the beginners guide this week. I have been searching the internet for ways to enlarge my penis for a long time, since i am not happy at all with my actual penis size. I discovered jelquings and penis extensors like two years ago, but the sites i found made me belief there was always a relative high risk of injury involved. The only sites that looked promising werent free, and i wasnt ready to spend my money in something which im not sure that works. This week i got lucky and in another hopeful google search i found this holy site, which is the first one to convince me that this actually might be possible.

So thanks and congratulations for the nice website. My head is full of emotions right now, im pretty excited, but cant help to be a bit sceptical though, till i measure my first gains. I will post here a couple of questions, i hope this is the right thread:

First, i have always used slim tight underwear, the one that presses the penis up against the pelvic floor and i ask myself if that has something to do with my penis not growing as expected during my puberty, since with normal boxers the weight of the glans might cause an effect similar to the one caused by the "hanging exercise", with a lesser impact in growth i guess. What do you think? More importantly, since i cant do anything about my past puberty now, do u think i should switch now to normal boxers, while i keep my routines??

Second, i would like to know if sensing that my glutes are involved while KEGELing is normal?

Well for the end of the year my goal is going average: adquiring 1 inch erect length (hope its possible) and larger flaccid dimensions. Rest is in my signature, but i think ill let the glans exercises for next year since they look pretty intense.

I'm a new member but I've been using the resources on this site for a few months now. I really like what I've seen. I've been consistantly PE-ing 3 on 1 off since October '07. I've gained about .25in in both girth and length. I started out with the beginner's guide and have since added to it. I now do about 15 minutes of streches (Including standard stretches, V-stretches, inner stretches, and JAI Stretches). I then follow that up with 500 wet Jelqs coupled with squeezes. I look forward to reporting more and more results as they become available.

BPEL = 6.5in
Girth = 5.25

Milky, welcome to the PE Gym. Sorry, for the long delay in response time. Skepticism is normal and healthy so be prepared to become a believer. Make sure you get GOOD solid measurements now. You'll want them for comparison. If you're not shy, you might want to take some starting pictures. Most guys wish they had.

It's very doubtful your choice of under-ware had any affect on growth. They would have to be so tight you would have much bigger problems that growth of your penis.

Yes, you will feel some contraction in your glutes when kegeling. This is normal (at least for me.)
