Junkies still have feelings and family, sometimes its through pain and hurt they turn to these hard drugs, she was not happy so its very sad for her and all the junkies that take drugs to block out the pain. If every one was like you headikeahole then no doubt there be more deaths but thank God there is people that cares out there.
I work in law enforcement and I can assure you that not all junkies are sad lonely people with tragic holiwood stories. Most of them just terrible, selfish, and often downright stupid people, who end up in drugs because they live criminal and selfish lives. If you want I can start going on about the root causes of criminality but that is getting a bit off topic.
However, the point I was trying to make wasn't that at all. I was simply stating that we shouldn't be more saddened by this then any other drug related death. Famous (or infamous is this case) does not mean more worthy of compassion.
Nowhere did I say that junkies were not worthy of ANY compassion. Thank god not everyone is a socially active and well educated police officer. Indeed there would be more deaths...
