i was doing just stretches and jelqing=too little, wasn't seeing much gains...

i was doing stretches, compressor, jelqing AND horse squeeze= way too much...got ALOT of red spots on my glans BUTTT, i was seeing some gains.

results-i will wait a few days until these red spots go away and begin a new and improved routine that is in between these two...at least now i know what is too little and what is too much!

QUESTION FOR U ALL--even though my cock is getting hurt with these tooo intense exercises i've been doing(been getting a large amount of red spots on my head and upper shaft), is it getting conditioned and getting even stronger(i know it sounds stupid and YES, i do plan on changing my routine to one that is the perfect amount of intensity), like the skin and the muscle in general, is all the time i got red spots and stuff(even though it was bad to do:rolleyes:) good cause even though i got hurt a tad my cock is getting conditioned.

I think you're just going to mess up your stuff man, why not take it slow? Are you sure you were doing a beginner routine correctly? I saw gains on that routine...so did a lot of guys on the site.

arent the red spots normal and they just go away after awhile?

Don't do the compressors and the Squeezes yet and worst of all in the same routine as a beginner!!!!!!! Take it slow and easy ....

Didn't realize that you were doing the squeezes and all the advanced exercises that gave you the red spots.
If anything, increase your jelqing reps or time rather than starting intense advanced exercises.
