Sooo I know alot has been talked about using electrical stimulation to help speed healing, improve blood flow etc. Well saw an ad for icy/hots new Smart Relief patch. It uses TENS treatment to help heal injuries etc

http://www.m.webmd.com/pain-management/tc/transcutaneous-electrical-nerve-stimulation-tens-topic-overview

What I was thinking is applying this to where the ligs get sore after stretching and see what happens. Could also use directly on pc muscle and see what happens. I dont think it could do damage of any kind. Maybe uncomfortable.

Has anyone experimented with this? I think the uses if done right could really help overall pe. Heck I even thought of doing this while hanging to see what happens after testing thoroughly.

I've thought about it, as I have a TENS unit for a lower back injury - I've just never tried it.

I think the floor is open for the brave soul that wants to experiment with it though. Nothing wrong with safely experimenting with new techniques in my book!

My cardinal rule to live by is never attach your dick to anything with an electric cord attached to it! ( but it may help)

The Op is suggesting attaching the pads to the PC muscle not his dick.

I have a Tens machine and I would think the pads are to large to apply to that area, maybe you could apply one but where to put the second one.

You would have to shave the area cause it's pretty hairy down there and the pads wouldn't stick.

I thought about attaching it everywhere just experimenting. I figure its a kild electric current. What true damage can it do? I wonder if it would help deeply relax the pc and bc(reverse kegel) muscles. Would be nice having a power assisted bc trainer
