Obviously it is a bit of a guess, but what percentage of the male population does PE?

Hmmmm ... worldwide?
- of the ones that consider PE in the way members of the Gym consider PE (sound, scheduled routine), I would venture to guess less than 15%-20% ...
- of the ones that may pump or stretch occasionally (less then once per week), I would say 30% ...

If you broke it down by country, I would say the U.S. would have the highest percentage - we can be a vain bunch! :becky:

In the whole world, you have to think of countries that don't have a lot of technology to even know about it, so I'd say less than 1%. In the United States, just by going from the guys I've told that do it but aren't on any websites/forums for privacy reasons, I'd say probably 3 to 5% of the male adult population has tried it or knows about it in the USA.

Well less than 1% without even the slightest bit of doubt.

edit: This is, of course, excluding those who partake in sham PE products like pumps and pills.

Yeah, Worldwide. I agree the percentage is going to be the highest in the USA.

I mean doing PE like you or me.

I also say less than 1%, covering all types of PE, including those responding to sham enlargement ads for pills, pumps, extenders, and gels. Probablyfar less than 1/10 of 1% for those practicing PE as we know it. Count the number of members on this and similar forums than multiply by 10 and the number is still insignificant compared to the total population.

OK - they may not be technologically advanced, but I remember seeing a really grainy video several years ago of some guys over in "the wild" not sure what country maybe India or Indonesia) but these guys were lifting boulders strapped to their cocks! Boulders! These things had to weigh 50-75 lbs easily! Their cocks were stretched like spaghetti noodles but they were lifting these things no problem. It was funny and sad at the same time to watch - funny in their expressions as they lifted but sad cause there was no way in hell they were catching any kind of wood. Most tribal societies stretch parts of their body as a symbol of all sorts of things. I may have gone a bit high, but I would certainly think it is higher than 1% ...

less than 1 %.And the percentage will not rise much. This is a psychological thing and it takes a ton of dedication and patience.

I agree that a fraction of 1% are dedicated PE'ers like those on this board. The number of guys who've looked into penis enlargement, whether it be exercises, devices or surgery, will be much, much higher. I'd also guess that the majority of young men have at least Googled it, what with the pressure from society that 'bigger is better' and the ubiquitous presence pornography.

What percentage of men and women sign up for the gym, and show up regularly to do their workout, week in and week out, month in and month out, year in and year out? Or regularly use that exercise contraption in the basement or under the bed?

Good analogy. The best things in life must be earned through commitment and sacrifice. Everybody's interested in the end results but relatively few have the heart to dedicate themselves.

There's no way even 1% of the population knows about PE. I mean real PE, not the pills or other useless garbage.

The majority of the population has heard of pills & pumps, but the % of people that know what PE is, or how to do it.. its very, very tiny. Hardly anyone knows about this.

And of those who know what real PE is or how to do it, even a smaller number have done something about it. Very few guys have gained 1" or more from PE I would say.

Remember that they are also being barraged by the message from the establishment that p.e. doesn't work.

I'm going with less than 1% as well. I live in the suburbs of Philly. I'm 32. I've talked to a million different guys throughout my life. I've spent countless hours searching the internet for "true" PE. After a few years of this, I finally found thunders and this place. Now, if more than 1% knew of PE, certainly I would have been given or guided to the real deal by now. I think I just finally got lucky and found this place.

On top of that, how many people actually find the "real" info? Then, apply the gym scenario. ...Just my opinion.

I am with the below 1% estimate as well. The penis pills have already lead people to shun the umbrella word, "penis enlargement" as a whole. I have also read about a pervasive myth that many believe jelqing to grow the penis but drop EQ significantly. The majority of the medical community is not on our side either, further decreasing the numbers.

Finally, there will be so many people who find websites like these and still won't perform the exercises. I'd venture to guess that up to half of those who find this site will not get into a PE routine.
