Like was mentioned above, avocados, eggs, cruciferous greens, fatty fish and red meat. Pumpkin seeds are a good argenine source. Every morning I drink a smoothie cocktail of kale, celery, beets and Avacado that admittedly tastes awful, and one glass of blended whole lemon (seeds, peels, everything), ginger, cinnamon, turmeric and apple cider vinegar. One or two cups of Floracil-50 based yogurt per day with Brazil nuts and pecans. I try to get two days of solid exercise and lift heavy stuff with my legs at least once a week.
