For the first time in my life, my dick is growing faster than I am. And it is growing FAST. I never believed PE hand workouts would work so well. I always thought maybe 1/2 an inch growth tops but now I am starting to see that there is practically no limit. Sure there may be plateaus, but if you continue to shock your penis into growth, it will continue to respond.
Now, onto the workout. I have been doing PE for about 3 months and gradually getting more into it and increasing my work load in time, intensity and frequency, just like muscle workouts. I basically just do everything I can to my penis to force it into odd positions and holds and whip it around. May sound a bit erratic, but it seems to be working. I do follow the exercises posted here(I have tried all of them I believe) but I get bored with doing the same thing over and over again, and so does my penis, I assume.
The way I first noticed PE would work was by basically ballooning in my dorm-room while my roommate is asleep. I don't feel right blowing a load, but I'll get damn close! I started to notice my EQ increase, and a slight increase in girth to go along with the added blood-flow.
I also believe cardiovascular fitness is key to maintaining EQ while increasing size and so I have been visiting the gym like I used to in my adolescence. Seems to help! :thanks:
