Hey all,
Although I am pretty new to this PE stuff, I have had ZERO improvement whatsoever.
I am 45 days into JP's 90 days, and those 45 days equals 45 times i've done the routine (so I'm probably more like 56-60 days into Jp's program)
I do stretches every....other day or so (stretch for 30 seconds in every direction, circle stretches, 3 rounds)
I also edge every morning for 30-45 mins. In doing so, I haven't gained a single mm in girth or length!
This is surprising (and discouraging) because i've been reading around the forums and it seems like every one makes some kind of gain at least 3-5 weeks in. I am way past that, and have been putting in a lot of work and still have gained nothing!

Is this normal? What are ways I can boost the growth?
Have any of you been in the same boat? what did you do to get over this?

While I plan to stick with PE for at least 6 months, I'm very discouraged that I have been this dedicated and not seen any improvement, pleeaase help me out!

If you're doing it every day, I've heard it can halt progress because your penis is in such shock. Rest for a day or two and you should see gains.

6 months is definitely a good enough evaluation of PE. So when you've finished the JP90 you should be conditioned enough to begin experimenting with the more advanced manual exercises. Then you will get a better understanding of how to influence growth by what your penis responds to best. I incorporated the LAS(Lazy Ass Stretch) into my beginning routine when I learned of it, who ever thought of sitting on your penis to get a prolonged stretch was a clever SOB.

A lot of people don't gain in the first few months. A lot of the newbie gains can be related to improved EQ. Maybe your penis was healthy before you started PE.
I didn't gain either during the JP90 start.

It can be discouraging because you want those gains, I understand. Do your best to keep yourself motivated. The beginner routine is geared towards conditioning your jibblets for more intense workouts. While you might not be gaining, you're setting yourself up for success.

I wasn't sure in your post, but how many days of rest do you get per week?

As toadstool said a lot of newbie gains are EQ related

You should see the JP90 purely as a conditioning routine and consider any gains as a bonus

Im a rookie too but Ill venture to guess that you're over training.

I started around the same time as you.... i train 1 day on and 1 day off with 2 day break occasionally and im gaining.

I know plenty of guys make gains on JP 90 as laid out but everyones different.

The purpose of the beginners routine is to "condition" yourself. That doesn't always equate to gains although some do get gains.

Well this thread is both co-incidental and comforting. I'm about a week short of finishing the JP90 and have seen nothing gained. I was feeling pretty down just about an hour ago so this was a welcome addition.

An inch and 1/2 deeper than before
I gained like a weed for 90 days and then it slowed, probably newbie gains and as mentioned above your EQ and penis health may have been good at the start. I will say that gaining early and then gaining almost nothing for 6 or more months is probably just as frusterating. Either way if you put in the effort you will gain, you may need to go with a more intense routine after you are conditioned or maybe even less. It is hard to say, they one thing I see quite often is success by those that dont let it beat them, in other words if you take the time and experiment with different routines ( 3 montha or more for each ) you will find what makes you grow. For me it was hanging but it took me getting to heavy weights, I watched many gain with hanging from the start but I didnt let it get me.
I found after my initial gains that my Tunica was my limiting factor and it turned out to be alot tougher than I thought. I actually seen almost no gains from hanging untill I worked my way up to 18 to 10 lbs and finally I started to gain again. The bad thing about seeing others gain quick is that it can be decieving and make some think that maybe they will never gain, but that is not true. You will gain and it may take some time.
You are not that far away from completeing the 90 days and if you havent gained we will definately help you put something together and see what it will take. Stay the course, dont get frusterated and belive in what you are doing and it will pay off. Many of the guys who have gained an inch or two have done this for a long long time.

It is very important that you do not let your desire for a bigger ding dong allow you to do something stupid, like overtraining and hurting yourself.
Remember: Resting is when you actually do the growing. You aren't doing yourself any services by training more.

I do my own routine 3 days a week.

i think for these last 30 days of JP's program, I am going to go 2 days on 1 day off and see if that changes anything.
