Hi all, how are you doing?

Well it has been 3 months and I really havent achieve any gains at all. I only got 0,01" in girth.
My routine was:
3 Days On, 2 Day Off
5 Twisted Stretches (to each side)
10 Tug Stretches
5-7 Supra Slammers.

I really dont know what Im doing wrong. Maybe its too much work, or maybe those exercises arent good for me. Im thinking to change the routine to focus rather to length or girth.

Could you guys give me your thoughts as always? I really appreciate the help. I search for information in the forum, but theres nothing like a good feedback from the people :)

And if I should change to a only length or girth routine, which shall I take? (I would prefer to target length)

Thank you very much guys, have a nice day!

I'm assuming by the dates in his signature that he has done the beginner programs, guys. Now he is experimenting with his own routine which hasn't been feeding him out the gains he was receiving from the beginner.

Yes guys I did the JP90 for 4 months from January to April. I did some jelq and basic stretches back in November and December. Im not a beginner :) (Maybe a bit newbie and foolish lol). Thats why I tried my own workout, but seems like it didnt work. The gains I made were with the JP90, but after the 3 months I couldnt get any more gains.

have you try another girth exercises like squeeze, flaccid bend or things like that?

Well Supraslammers have Uli's in it, so yes I made some squeezes. And no I havent done any flaccid bend.

Could you guys tell me a good medium-advanced workout to stick with? Before I mess up and dont get anything at all :)

If you gained off of the JP90 and the gains stopped after 3 months, why did you change your routine completely?

It would make more sense to add to or subtract from the JP90.

Well, the gains stopped after 1 month more of the JP90 (120 days). So I thought I couldnt get anymore from that routine. But your right, I should have added one exercise to the JP90 and see what happens... Didnt think of it. What exercise should I add? Supras? Any other stretch?

I like to do bundled stretches. They helped me gain some girth and length with a previous routine. I may incorporate them back in since I pretty much went back to the same workout routine after not seeing any gains for over 3 months with a different routine except it is slightly different. :)

Try the jelq free routine by Big Al. I'm on it right now and like it a lot!

Thanks for your opinion guys, Im gonna test the jelq free routine, and if not just go back to the JP90 with the addition of some bundled stretches.

Thank you again!!

Big Al also mentioned the Tension Stretch.

Trust me I'm in the same boat as you. Gained about 0.75 NPEL since I started and have been on a plateau for months with my current routine.

Then again during the school year I slowed down and used my Phallosan more than any manual stuff.

Now I'm reworking a new routine and limiting the Phallosan to just 3 days a week. I do believe manual work will be what gets me gains.
