my friends i started to make the exercises jelk, stretchings, a think iam liking very i make bout 2 minutes of stretchings of each side and about 50 jelks per dy, is little and leaves one day of rest is feeling itself well waits to arrive at the desired size obliged suggestions for me. mike

Your newbie routine sounds good for the first week or so. Just be sure to increase the intensity as time goes on.
