Hi, im new here just on today.
Where should i start. Ive been jelqing for a couple of weeks only.
Whats the best exercises to start with??

Hi tyler go to the beginers section and read up. The normal starting point, is the jp 90 day beginer, which is a complete program with exercises ,sets,reps ,warmups etc.
