New to PE – Questions About Sleeves, Glans Protection, and Comfort Using Phallosan Forte

Hey everyone,

I’m new to the whole PE journey – been using the Phallosan Forte + Vertical combo for just 4 days, and I’ve already had one of the silicone sleeves tear during stretching. I know the topic of condom sleeve replacements has been brought up on the forum before, but many of those posts might be outdated. Can you recommend any high-quality and comfortable condom sleeve alternatives for Phallosan Forte that work well as of today?

Secondly, about glans protection – the original protector from Phallosan is a complete fail for me. It doesn’t cover the entire glans and feels way too tight. Right now, I’m not using anything, and so far it’s fine, but I know blisters or irritation could show up any time. I’d rather prevent that. Do you have any tried-and-true alternatives? I heard some people use silicone finger sleeves – but are they big enough to cover the whole glans? I’ve also ordered 3M Micropore tape from Totalman to test out.

Third question to the more experienced guys – do you use any lube or aid when putting on the Phallosan? I tried doing it dry, but it was way too uncomfortable for me.

I’ve also got a pump with a gauge and a water-based one on the way. Wish me luck – I’m super motivated and ready to commit

I've just started using regular sex condoms instead of the silicone things Phallosan way overcharges for. Because you are using the phallosan soft, you need to get much smaller condoms (I'm using my.size pro). Just cut the end off, secure it to the clear plastic bell with an elastic band. then roll the condom back over the bell so the opening for the bell is exposed entirely. You can then go in dry (and here is the crucial thing for me) barely do any securing pumps of pressure at all just to stay attached. Once in and locked in pressure, you can roll the condom back down over yourself.

It really works a treat. The only thing I might consider trying to get is some kind of securing band to go over the condom at the other end, towards the base of my soft penis, but its pretty secure as it is. Just concerned about using overnight.
