I'm fairly young and I discovored this forum and some others approximately 2 weeks ago. The first thing I did was informing myself about PE as much as I could. When I found out that many people gained length and girth I thought I should try this out, too. Of course I didn't know which plan was the best but I decided to stick with the one from PESG.

My penis is average size, BPEL is about 5,5" (14cm) long and my girth is 4,75" (12cm). As you might have guessed I'm not happy with my penis size which is why I hope PE will make it bigger. I hope to reach 6" length and 5" girth as a short term goal and 7" length and 5.5" girth as a long term goal. I'm mainly focussing on length which is why I'd like to know whether this plan fits my goal.

As I mentioned before the routine I'm following is the one from PESG. You might not know what his routine looks like which is why I'm going to quote him so you know what it's about.

*10-Minutes – Warm Up
*Basic Stretching (left, right, straight out, straight up, left and right circle stretches)
*10-Minutes – Wet jelqing (5 second strokes)
*I also kegeled 120 times while doing the routine along with 100-200 during the day
*This routine was done religiously on a 2 days on and 1 day off regiment.

I :
  • neither edge after PE as it's mentioned later in his post nor do the kegel exercises but I'd like to know if I should consider doing these.
  • always perform the warm up and warm down until my penis radiates heat as I've read it's important. (I do that by filling a cup with warm water and stick my penis in it. (Sounds weird, I know, but works for me.))
  • perform wet jelqs (I go for ~60/70 % erection level, maybe a little less.) and use olive oil as lube.
  • read that applying a moisturizing lotion is necessary after doing wet jelqs so I do that, too.
  • have also increased the time for wet jelqs every time for about 2 minutes (I'm probably going to stay at 10 minutes as it's written in his post.).
  • have done this routine four times know (on the 12th, 14th, 15th and 17th of June) and as PESG mentions in his post I will continue on a two days on one day off basis for at least three months and hope for results after the first month.

Since the 12th of may I'm doing NoFap (which means I didn't cum for 37 days as of today) but that didn't stop me from doing PE (It's not masturbation and I'm not climaxing either.) At first I noticed that it's hard for me not to get too erect but I think it's getting better. What's also annoying me is that I don't have that much privacy which is why I might have to leave out some days and not do PE. (Maybe I can cope with that somehow; suggestions optional)

I appreciate every opinion and would like to hear some tips you could give me.
I also tried hard making this post clear and hope I didn't forget to mention something. Otherwise ask me.

Welcome to the Gym.

Continue with your routine ofor 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time. Jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. .

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone.Aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.
