Ike mod status is by invite and is based on many factors including post number and quality.
If you notice the rate at which cal and bw posted, this was one factor that worked in their favour.

Congrats, guys. Waylander and Calixto add a lot to our forum. And Calixto is being modest here. He's a real gentleman and an excellent writer. He has turned my opinion of Texas totally around. (I actually want to visit the place!

Before I started posting on the site I was a freaking SPONGE dude. I literally would come home from work/school and just sit down and READ READ READ READ. All in all I'm pretty sure I spent about 20 hours reading about all different things off the site before I actually sat down and started posting. When something interests me (and my penis REALLY does) I put all my mind into it. Now if we're talking about algebra, can't pay attention worth a damn.
1000 post mark. Crazy. I just check the last 24 hours and I'm sure I'm at like 100 posts for the last 24 hours. This broken foot is making me a damn nerd. I'm gonna go do laps around the neighborhood with my crutches, haha.
And I truly do like to help people. I'm just a little disappointed that none of my buddies have joined or are doing it after saying they would, but I'm not sweating it too much. I'm gonna have the anaconda and they'll just have.. They're.. Rattle snakes?
