Hello everyone,
New to the site doing research on involuntary kegels. I'll just get right to it, I'm pretty sure my problem is stemming from a 2 year drought, and daily M habits as well. During this time I read that clinching or kegeling will increase pleasure during the PONR and cause larger loads, but it quickly got out of hand. Now I can't seem to get aroused in the slightest without involuntary contractions, which is especially annoying when with a woman. The potential sex life has taken off recently, but since this person isn't exactly a girlfriend I'm not sure how much fun it will be to have the same anticlimactic ending before anything gets started (from experience). I think I've finally figured out reverse kegels, so I will definitely be giving those a try, but I guess my question is; is there any advice for the short term possibly next week? It'll be the first/last time I see her before I leave for the summer, and I'd like to be remembered more fondly than the guy that got off in his underwear. This may be stupid, but would a free trial of some Viagra or something similar give me any results if I'm consciously trying to avoid kegeling during the act?

I know in the long run the only thing that will help is a solid k/rk routine, but I'm looking for something to help by next week. Sorry for the book, but any response is greatly appreciated.

Performax (North American) or Performa (UK) condoms.

They will desensitize you and serve as a temporary fix for the night. If you have any issues with erection quality or Ed I highly suggest you don't use them.

Good luck and make sure you start training once she's gone

Thanks for the response, but what if the uncontrollable kegels start once anything is initiated? Last time I fired off in someone's sheets while I was going down because I accidentally rubbed against the bed... I can't even make it to the stage where condoms get used these days

These desensitize you to the point where you won't really get the spasms.

Slip it on and let the benzocaine melt for about a minute or 2 and then slowly get into things

So it's been quite a while, but I'm back seeking more advice. The problem has gotten so bad that keeping an erection for long enough to put to condom on was not possible. In fact, I can't lay on my stomach without involuntarily cumming in my pants. I can go all day/night without trouble, but once the early morning erection hits it is damn near impossible not to squeeze one off. If I touch it to move it to the right or left, it's over. I don't understand how one could possibly get any better when my penis is so sore from involuntary kegels that 7/10 times when I lose it I am completely flaccid. This is getting ridiculous.

Anyone still around? This really fucking sucks guys last night when someone asked for a picture I came without even touching myself once. I tried to prop it up for a good angle but it was over. Wake up this am to try again, and I came even sooner without touching it a single time. How can I get better when this sh*t happens? Did you have any problems before your two year drought?

Do you have random IK throughout the day?

You say you cum as soon as you touch yourself. Do you feel aroused before you touch it? Do you have IK even just lying there? Are the IK short sharp spasms or a continuous IK hold?

When you cum flaccid, is there an accompanying orgasm or just a release of sperm?


Have you tried an RK routine or deep squats/ pelvic floor stretches or yoga?

Just trying to put some questions out there to get a bit more information. Not gonna lie but it's pretty bad at the moment so you're going to need very specific advice. Look on the positive side though, it can only get better from here.

Right now, I reccomend you start an RK only routine and deep squats/ pelvic floor stretching.

Also as hard as it may seem, relax and stop worrying about it. Focus on any positives you find: even the fact that you're trying to do something about it is good. Get into a strong mindset or you have no chance.

Edging currently is not an option. For now, just focus on the goal of being able to get an erection without cumming. Take baby steps and the journey will seem a lot easier. Perhaps try getting an erection while deep squatting or in another relaxing position. This might help keep the area relaxed and so prevent you from having IK and ejaculating.
