Hey I am now in my 2nd month of the 90 day program and i was wondering does anyone know a simple exercise that i can add to the program without adding to much stress or chance of injury. I just feel like my body has adapted to program and i want to change it up a bit

Well there are a few things you could do that could take it up a notch.

*Up the intensity or reps slowly.
*Add JAI stretches.
*Fowfers.
*Add a stamina schedule like edging or balloning.

Whatever way you decide to go just ease into it and pay attention to your PI's

Waylander's post is good, my personal preference would be add edging.

Thanks for that link. Is there a forum version of this article, or is there a way to subscribe to articles?

There is a button for articles top left page.

I am actually looking for a way to add articles to my "subscribed threads", I guess it's not possible. I don't see anything on the top left--I checked. I've already read through all the articles, and I am familiar with the link to the articles if that's what you're referring to. If you are referring to a way to subscribe to articles, then maybe you can elaborate?

I'm trying to keep a list of all the threads I like.... if I can't add articles, then never mind ;)

Its actually not just for me--its so I can easily paste links for people looking for things. Anyway, if I can't do it.. no problem.
