My universal law of progress is to try something and then assess and tinker until to get some form of a result and continuing to assess and if it stops you then tinker again for more results. This works for all aspects of life.

-warm down may actually reduce turtling.
-whenever my scrotum get tights and my testicles hang high.It meant I overtrained slightly and need about 1 day without pe to recover.
- i didnt gained when using side to side stretches
-increase intenisty every 2 weeks if you have good PI and no gains

- to see if i would gain be doing different excercises per day targetting different areas of the penis
- to see how my penis reacts to a pe season ?

did rountine today.Strangely didnt have a long flaccid but my penis was about its normal flaccid size or slightly bigger after the routine. I wonder if this is a sign of over-training ? I am going to monitor its size over the course of the day to see if its over training. Did a 100 kegels. Masturbate an hour after my rouitne.

Did routine today and 100 kegels. Had a long flaccid for about 30 minutes - 1 hour, then my penis return to about a little bigger than its normal size. Throught the day my penis size fluctuated from about a little over its normal size to a long flaccid but mainly long flaccid about 60 % percent of the time.
