My universal law of progress is to try something and then assess and tinker until to get some form of a result and continuing to assess and if it stops you then tinker again for more results. This works for all aspects of life.
-Warm up 5-8 minutes and same for warm down

-warm down may actually reduce turtling.
-whenever my scrotum get tights and my testicles hang high.It meant I overtrained slightly and need about 1 day without pe to recover.
- i didnt gained when using side to side stretches
-increase intenisty every 2 weeks if you have good PI and no gains

things to try
- I want to try a length only routine and A girth only routine.
- I also want to try a length day n girth day for only 1 rest day for the week or maybe 2 lenght days n girth days n 3 rest days.
- If breaks like 1week , 2 week give me gains ?
- I also want to try shock routines to see if they would help me gain ?
- Peing everyday but sunday
- Peing until I feel I need a rest
- A las/fowfer routine which I would do everyday ?
- check to see if the elongated flaccid i get after jelqing for a while like 60-80 strokes is my stopping point. I have been told it is normal but I want to see if I stop at this point, I will see gains
- to see if i would gain be doing different excercises per day targetting different areas of the penis
- to see how my penis reacts to a pe season ?
- to see how my penis reacts to cyclic training ?
