Hey Jon, how's it going? I checked out that stuff and here's the deal, buddy. I'm sure you, like most of us, are skeptical of anyone or anything that makes such fantastic claims. What sorta bugged me was this:
The secret behind MyoRipped's Powerful Proven Formula is that you will see fat melt as your are packing on pounds of ROCK HARD MUSCLE!
As a general rule, any supplement that is touted as being able to
"target the fat cells" or
"turn fat into muscle" or other such claims, is bullshit. That's not to say that MyoRipped is useless, though. Several of the ingredients in their proprietary blend are things that I personally believe in and enjoy using and the vitamins and minerals they include are, of course, well-known for the way in which they affect our bodies. You just have to keep in mind that packing on muscle and losing fat don't really occur simultaneously. Sure, you can burn small amounts of fat while developing small amounts of muscle, but speak to any well-educated and experienced trainer or professional bodybuilder and they will tell you that to build mass, you will also increase your bodyfat percentage and to lose fat or
"cut" after a gaining phase, you will unavoidably lose some of the muscle mass that you gained. There is no substance on Earth that can prevent this; it's part of our biology.
HitraN gave some good advice, I think, but if you're going to take creatine, make absolutely sure you drink at least 8oz of water
every hour you are awake. To be honest, this is something we should all be doing anyway but getting less than a gallon a day during the creatine loading phase is
bad news, bro. Trust me on this one.
Incidentally, I figure I should mention that I started drinking 150oz of water daily and saw a visible difference in the way my penis responds to PE, my EQ, and my overall size. Makes sense, right? The tissues in our bodies are nearly 62% water and 55% of our blood is plasma, which is 92% water. A penis, especially an erect penis, has an awful lot of water in it. Hydration is critical to all aspects of health, including a healthy penis.
