I’m more curious about what others have had success with but I’ll list what’s working for me. I’ve tried a ton of things, overall I’d say half didn’t make any measurable difference, but some I’ll swear by, and others just help. Many are specific to blood flow and pressure to treat high blood pressure without drugs but they affect penile health by consequence for obvious reasons. Dosages are in teaspoons since just about all of them are in powder form:
L-Citruline 3g in the morning, 3g 1-2 hr before bed.
L-Argenine (same dosage)
NMN lysosomal nasal delivery (by Renue by Science; there are a lot of fakes out there. This stuff is legit and a bit spendy.)
Resveratrol 1/10 tsp twice per day
Pax Ginseng 1 tsp twice per day
Mega Mushrooms 1 heaping tsp per day (blend of several mushrooms and actually tastes quite good)
Vitamin D3 1/4 tsp twice per day
Beta Carotene 1 tsp once per day
Vitamin A Palmitate 1/16 tsp once per day (powdered Vitamin A actually smells nice)
Magnesium Citrate 1/2 tsp once per day
Zinc Glutamate 1/4 tsp once per day
Vitamin K2 1/16 tsp once per day
NAC 1/3 tsp once per day
Celery seed extract 1 tsp once per day
Berberine 1/3 tsp once per day
Cinnamon bark extract 1 tsp per day
Horny Goat Weed 1 tsp per day
CoQ-10 1/8 tsp once per day
Black garlic 1/2 tsp once per day
Black ginger 1/4 tsp once per day
Umzu Floracil-50 either 2 pills per day or as yogurt
2g fish oil
3 tablespoons cod liver oil
1 fresh lemon, peels, seeds, everything (I just slice off the ends everything else goes in the blender)
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (usually at night)
Human super beets chews (2 or 3 per day)
DHEA
Quercetin 1/3 tsp per day. Any more than that and it turns my pee yellow.
Hibiscus and Green tea.
Umzu Redwood, Tesoro-X and Thyrite
Texas Super Food (just this alone is a great supplement if you took nothing else)
Vitamin B complex
I also eat a lot of celery, flax seed crackers, and whole pumpkin seeds with a meat and eggs heavy diet. Very low sugar and carbs. Apparently celery helps bulk up your semen loads but I’m eating it mainly for gut health. My loads do seem bigger but I haven’t actually measured. That may seem like a lot of supplements but I buy them all in bulk and just mix them in a blender with either lemon water or milk. It tastes like sh*t I’ll be honest but down the gullet in a few minutes and it’s done. I never ever eat breakfast except sometimes on the weekends and try to to OMAD as often as I can.
The biggest immediate and obvious effectors for me are L-Citruline, Pax Ginseng, Foracil-50, Magnesium, Zinc, Berberine, Horny Goat Weed, Quercetin and NMN. The effect of the NMN is fairly immediate but I take it as a nasal spray so no big surprise. Strangely enough it helps with my chronic nasal congestion but I don’t take it for that. The jury is still out on the celery seed extract since I haven’t taken it for long enough to really say if it helps. L-Argenine takes effect very quickly but doesn’t last very long.
