Hey all,

I've been so frustrated with my PE journey and not gaining, and now I've finally worked out what works for me so I thought I'd share it for anyone in the same situation.

I started off at 5" NBPEL and 4.6" EG. I knew my EG was about average so I really wanted to concentrate on length. I started JPs routine which gave me a total of 4mm girth, but absolutely no length. I upped my routine, got help from loads of pros on the forum but even after 5 months of manual exercises I'd still not gained any length. I was so frustrated with measuring too often and never seeing anything. Despite this I was certain that I would never give up until I'd reached my 6" NBPEL goal. I figured that I had more chance gaining doing PE than not doing PE, so I carried on.

Then after 5 months I thought I'd try hanging. I made myself a homemade hanger and managed to hang about 30mins 4-5 a week (not as much as is recommended but it's all I could fit in). Yesterday was my official 6 week measurement and....oh my god...I cannot tell you how excited I was. I gained 1/4"!!!! After the frustration of not gaining anything for so long I had actually gained for the first time!!!

So that's my secret, for anyone who wants length and who is doing manual exercises and not gaining, try hanging. I was initially worried about messing up my unit but I think that, just like all PE, if you're careful, take things easy, look for warning signs, then I think it can be as safe.

Hope that helps! And to all frustrated PEers, keep at it because you will get there in the end, and the feeling of seeing gains after all the hard work you've put in is totally worth it!

I think in the near future i could be inclined to try hanging. Whats the hanger like mate, did you make the sock hanger described on the forums from time to time?

Congratulations, Andy!

Quite a few guys seem to report good length gains once they start hanging and it's something I may add to my sessions once I've completed JP's 90 day beginner routine. What I like is that it could quite seamlessly be incorporated into my workout as I spend a lot of time working at my desk. Why not be PE'ing at the same time? :)

I'll have to start looking into the do's and don'ts of stretching and how to build a homemade stretching device.

Andy is using a home made muzzle hanger. Also Andy hanging for those amounts of time and sets are great in my opinion, I too only manage to hang 4-5 days a week and have still managed to gain. Congratulations on the gains man and don't forget to up the weight every 2-3 weeks!

Note to other users: Hanging is a good way to gain granted, but I've found that after several months of hanging that you cannot go back to manual stretches. It may be different for everyone, but I think that after hanging a weight which would apply more force to your penis then a stretch would be useless after so long. Which is why I'll suggest that all of you plateau from what you can get in manual stretches before hanging.

Yea I'd like to point out that Millia has been a big help for me right from the start of my hanging career. In fact for all you guys who're interested in trying hanging join his Hanging Group for some useful info.

After trying a few different homemade hanger versions Millia and myself both agree the Muzzle hanger is superior so I'd definitely recommend that.

Manoel - I had a LOT of 6 so I guess that explains why I've found it hard to gain?

This is a good place to get started with hanging.

I see, I thought that by having a LOT at 6 (Like I have too) i'd get better results by pulling up, not hanging... but now i'm interested with your results !!! Thanks

I've made 0.3" gains by hanging down, and another 0.3" gains from hanging straight out. And I have the same LOT as you guys.
Andy do you hang straight up?

Millia, thanks for the PM. Made an interesting read.

I'm currently only hanging SD and BTC. Maybe I'll try straight out.
I'll keep you guys updated!

Thanks

I also have a lot of 6-7 and it seems like people who have l.o.t.s like that need to hang for a long period of time to see results instead of 30 seconds to a minute. If this theory is right and people with lots of 6 have responded here saying they have gained with hanging then im considering getting a hanger to begin a routine. Ive only been manual stretching and i believe that in order to get gains you have to stretch for longer periods of time.. i could be right or wrong but i guess the bib hanger is worth the money right
