My review of the Zen Hanger Noose & Vac hang System

Zen Hanger (for me) makes the best pumps. So comfy and just perfect for me...

Conversely, they noose hanging system is really bad. Personally, I don't see how guys hang anymore than 4lbs on it. It's highly uncomfortable. As the weight gets higher, you have to put the noose on tighter, which in turn bends your penis at the top 1/4 in a bizarro way...under the pressure of weight. That is totally unsafe. I'd heard of someone hanging 8lbs with this torture system and for the love of God, WHY?! The "comfort" (?) sleeve quickly loses its elasticity and wants to slide over the glands. They rec'd that I either talcum my dick so the sleeve doesn't slide, or double sleeve it. Both options fail.

Th Vac Hang system is a good idea...in theory. However and again, their sleeve squeezes the top 1/3 of the penis hard. they have 2 sizes. The small was impossible for me and the large was too small. I'm girthy, but not enormo. IMO they not only need a new size, but the sleeve needs to go up the shaft more.

I'm thoroughly convinced noose systems are dangerous and uncomfortable/painful. Unfortunately, I didn't have someone to guide me, so on the one hand this was a waste of $(over $100), and on the other it did get me into hanging. The Vac Hanger IMO seems like another uncomfortable way to go. Zen markets really well (I love their colours and catch phrase) and again, their pumps are FANTASTIC! I only wish they'd hop out of the 17th century into the 21st century when it comes to their hangers.

I agree with everything you said about the danger of hanging from a noose.
The thing I don t understand though is why people are buying the Zen hanger when they can make it on their own.
Its just a wide shoe lace with 2 marbles that have holes. You can buy them with like 4 euros.

Unfortunately, I BOUGHT that piece of sh*t. I wrote them a detailed message WHY EXACTLY it's a piece of sh*t (although I didn't use that language), but I will post on YouTube a video about why people shouldn't buy it. The fact that they sell a kit with TONS OF WEIGHT is not only laughable, but totally effen insanity re: safety. Luckily, I only purchased the 6lb kit.

There is a reason why every single one of their YouTube comments option is turned off. Months ago I thought they simply turned it off because of the nature of the material, but after using it since then... well, I learned first hand!

I purchased and LG Hanger system. It's unequivocally the best made and safest system available. I'll be doing a detailed review of it soon.

They have a vac system - but it's not exactly what you're thinking! Check it out.

I've seen that hanger before and It's a really BAD idea. I would estimate that once you build up to hanging in the the 6 - 7 lb range it would expose a penis to dangerous levels of vacuum. You have a good eye for bad ideas. I think you will like the LG.

I purchased a Penimaster right before xmas. It's still in the plastic in the box - never used it. Because I'm going with LG I h'm not putting it on ebay. smh

Hey I know this is an old thread but may I ask what did you end up using instead? I’m trying to find a hanger or extended I can use. I’ve bought 2 different extenders so far and they’re unusable. I have 2 penis pumps and they work ok. I have the ADS stretched from zen hanger and it works great I’ve gained a half inch with it but gains have slowed down. I’m looking at the male hanger but idk if it’s any good. I have a foreskin so that makes using extenders a lot harder
