Things to know before I continue: 18 yrs old & I'm uncircumcised


I started masturbating when around the age of 12-13. I watched a lot of porn between the age of 14-16 and would have quick ejaculation sessions (as i didn't want to get caught by anyone walking in) which is probably the main cause of my PE..training myself to cum quick. Now that that's out of the way.. i'm gonna lay down my sex life for you.


The first time I had sex I lasted around 2 mins which was normal to me. Now my first two experiences with oral sex I couldn't cum voluntarily, I had to stroke it myself till i was about to cum. Both of those times lasted 10 minutes. I've been in a relationship for over a year now. Half way through the relationship I moved an hour away so I see her every so often. When we have sex I barely last 2 minutes now. She doesn't find it a problem but I want to be able to pound away at it for a period of time without the urge to cum.. We don't have sex with a condom so I think it's a mix of the infrequent sex & the sensitivity & the mental training I've done from my earlier teenage years. I had an encounter when we broke up & even with a condom it didn't change. If anything it was worse maybe 20-30 seconds. We were at a party and she was a bit of a screamer so I feel like it was the fear of people finding out that caused me to cum quick.


Recently I've been reading up on different exercises and techniques on this forum & decided to experiment.


First.. I cut out the porn. I started doing a lot of edging while masturbating. The edging wasn't frequent but I would do it every so often.


I decided last week to start recording results


Day 1 session lasted 20 minutes. The first 10 minutes was strictly slow stroking(light grip) & very deep breaths..resulted in no urge & fully erect penis. the last 10 minutes I gave a bit of a tighter grip, picked up speed just a bit, & I would do longer strokes. When i got to PONR I would stop and gently with my thumb, rub in a circular motion across the head of my penis for about 20 seconds to take away pleasure & would continue and repeat process.


Day 2 same process but extended the time to 30 minutes. Didn't have any lube so I would combine the use of a bit of lotion and some good ol' saliva
I also noticed it started getting harder to control once there was some sort of "lube" involved.


Day 3 I tried ballooning out. My "magic" spot is right by my frenulum. Found a packet of lube which I used for this exercise. This session lasted 15 minutes & had a very powerful orgasm as I did this till I cummed.


Day 4 I had some friends over and had a lot to drink. Now I read on a couple posts that alcohol was a temporary fix for PE so I took advantage as soon as they left. I also decided to try the use of rubbing orajel along the underside of my penis & the area between my anus and scrotum to prevent any involuntary kegels that would cause me to ejaculate. I got myself in a very comfortable & relaxed state and started my session, continuing the same process as Day 1. I didn't realize how long I was going & my session lasted an roughly over an hour. This session was different though. I experienced a "dry orgasm" around the 40 minute mark. It started out as a normal PONR feeling and kept stroking at a slow speed as the feeling was way to overwhelming and wanted to release. The feeling was amazing it felt like I cummed..only to realize that I didn't. Not a single drop & was still hard. I slowed down for a bit and picked back up my speed and finally ejaculated another 20 minutes later. After looking at the clock and seeing that I was at it for an hour + I had a really good feeling of relief as I thought that I finally had everything under control.


Day 5 I decided that I would give it another go as I was very confident and proud of my results the night before. This edging session lasted only 10 minutes surprisingly.


Those 5 days I noticed a lot about my body, from when i'm close to PONR to my sensitive spots. My sensitive spot is definitely my frenulum area. During my sessions I felt the most pleasure there, especially when there was some sort of lubrication involved. Also noticed that reverse kegels are very affective but only works for so long before the PONR comes back.
I know it takes much longer than 5 days to really see some progress but I've been out of town for the past week & won't be able to continue my exercises until next week.


I've read a few posts that say not to focus on the feeling during sex but to concentrate on trying to give the girl an orgasm. It's definitely easier said than done. I don't know how this is possible because once i'm inside & I feel the warmth, tightness, & wetness wrapped around me... it's nearly impossible not to focus on anything other than how good it feels. I've tried distracting my mind but it doesn't work whatsoever, from thinking about sports to counting backwards etc..nothing. The feeling is just too strong to overcome.


I have no idea what to do anymore & this is my last resort before I decide to go see a Doctor about it because i'm getting fed up..
What should I do about this?

You spent the last 6 yrs training yourself to be this way, 5 days is nothing in comparision. Get on a Pre E workout and get to training.
