A few years back I first noticed that I really didn't measure up to the other guys in the locker room, this of course got me thinking was there a way to increase my size? So naturally like any curious young man would do, I decided to set out and find an answer. After very little searching I stumbled across Jelqing, I was very intrigued and decided to give it a try. However I jumped right into PEing without any real research or understanding, expecting to gain inches in the first few weeks of starting the exercises. Needless to say I was wrong and gave up on Jelqing and PEing, writing it off as some kind of scam.
Well about three months ago, I decided enough was enough and I wasn't going to let my size interfere with my self image, or my sex life. So I once again decided to start Jelqing. However this time I did some research on the topic and soon learned that my gains were going to require a lot of time, and dedication. I finally made up my mind and told myself that if I was going to do this, I would do it right and I would do it well. This is were that mind set has ended me up today.
In the beginning of my PEing I eased into it, starting off with 10 minute Jelqing sessions once daily for five days straight, with two days of rest. I then began to incorporate some stretching into my routine, around 2 to 3 minutes of it following my Jelqing sessions. After the first month I didn't really see any gains aside from a huge increase in EQ, but also wasn't expecting them. During this time I stumbled over the TGC Theory, and quickly realized that I needed to be doing a lot more stretching if I was going to see any gains. Another month went by, I only saw minimal gains that left me feeling a little discouraged. This caused me to re-examine my routine and see if there was anything I was doing wrong, it turns out there was. That whole month of stretching I had been stretching my penis by grasping my glands, causing me to not be able to pull as hard without pain causing me to not exercise my penis, subsequently wasting an entire month of training.
Once I had learned the proper way of stretching my penis I felt like I was finally going to start seeing some results. I also started reading up on some more PE theory such as stretching the penis while hot, and continuing the stretch while icing it to lock in gains. My current supplements consist of 1000mg of L-arginine in the morning with 40mg of Ginko-Biloba and 1000mg pill of fish oil, post work out 500mg L-arginine 500mg of L-lysine along with 4000mcg of biotin. My current routine is a 5 minute warm up with a hot rice sock, followed by ten minutes of stretching with a few breaks. During this stretching period I keep the rice sock around the base of my penis to keep it as warm as possible during my routine. After these ten minutes have passed I take an ice pack wrapped in a wash cloth and hold it against my still stretched penis, I do this for five minutes alternating sides to equally cool my penis and lock in my gains.
