To give you a visual idea of what the odds are of achieving a length gain of 1.25" and a girth gain of .75" within 52-56 weeks, you can take a look at some statistical analysis a fellow did a few years back on the information available in the PE Data Site at Thunder's.
The first graph shows length gains on the vertical

axis plotted against weeks of PE done and includes a Power's curve fit for the data (black line) with a 50% confidence interval (green lines):

You will note that there were a reasonable number of individuals who claimed to have gained 1.25" in length or more within 52 weeks. In fact, the purple dot closest to the upper left corner of the plot represents a guy who claims to have gained 3.5" in length in 6 months (believe it, or not). The bad news is that the great majority of guys did not gain 1.25" in length in 52 weeks. Some guys never reached that landmark even after multiple years of PE. The purple dot closest to the right side of the plot represents a guy who just made a gain of 1.25" after 6 years of PE.
The worse news is that the goal of achieving a girth gain of .75" within 52 weeks is even less likely to happen. This graph plots girth gains (y axis) against weeks of PE (x axis):

Once again, there are some individuals who achieved that benchmark, but an even greater percentage fell short than did for the 1.25" of length per year goal. In fact it looks like there were at least as many who fell short of .75" of girth gain within
two years as there were guys who made that gain within one year, and probably more. Again, some guys never gained that much even after years of PE, and a couple of guys took 6 years or more to achieve it.
Nobody knows what your gain potential is, so you could be one of the lucky individuals who are relatively easy gainers, but for you to meet your goals, you would have to be both an easy length
and an easy girth gainer.
So once again, although it is not impossible to achieve either or even both of your goals, based on other guys' experiences, it is not likely.
