I'm kind of running into the opposite problem. I have a 5 7/8" girth and 7" BPEL. But based on the consensus of this thread and the tons of others I've read, jelqing for girth and extenders/hanging for length. Both of them will probably help minorly to moderately on the other attribute but the way I look at it, I'll probably want a quarter or half inch more girth in the future just for the heck of it, why not just take the side effect gains now and save some time?...
