I've always found that article very interesting. For those of you reading the references, you should NOT try to induce priapism! I've read some dangerous things on different forums from men attempting to induce priapism to force growth, so this has to be mentioned! Extreme cases of priapism can lead to PERMANENT ED.
Here's a video of a case of neglected priapism that resulted in megalophallus (21 cm. girth), and the resulting surgery needed- WARNING- EXTREMELY GRAPHIC: http://www.issir.com/vmp/2004bue/day01/video/seyam.wmv
Oh, and thanks Big Al, we here, the huddled masses, trying to get that out of our minds, owe you one. Just wait big guy. We're gonna get ya. Although once I got past the cutting and blood and gore and my dick turtleing up into my throat...it was very interesting.
That video has been widely publicised to undermine the very essence of every mans dream to create the perfect member. Everytime someone even begins to show signs
of progress the anti PE man brings out the video to remind us of what could have happened. This video should be banished to the armpits of the Devil himself forever.
That video wasn't so bad. I don't see why everybody is going crazy. Surgery is a beautiful thing. Hopefully soon I'll get accepted to medical school so I can cut penises.
But that poor man's penis is messed up beyond repair. Even after surgery, failure of the suture line, infection, removal of penile implants AND penis reconstruction? Come on! His dick is done. He'll be lucky to have any sensation in it whatsoever. Those surgeons could have done a better job with the sutures.
I hope that you become a much better surgeon than the doctor of the patient in this thread.
Oh yes I remember reading that thread on the first week of when I started to PE. I was freaked out and I swore that I'd never get a phalloplasty augmentation performed on me.
The penis is a sensitive organ just like all other organs. However I don't understand the need to make a specialty in medicine devoted to penises specifically. Urology does include some elements of gynecology but we'll leave that out. Your average board certified plastic surgeon can perform penile surgery if needed, they are trained for that also.
Hey btw I think I saw BTC post a thread here lately? He seemed very happy and he posted pics of his dick. It seemed pretty big.
