He advises on your routine and gives you feedback and ideas based on your reported results. I hear from him usually via email.
Hmm...I signed up several weeks ago, and haven't gotten one email. I was starting to wonder the same thing. Filled out the survey and all, but no contact. Did you folks have to contact him first? Aside from the initial survey I mean?

I'm using mecoach, I fill out my log everyday. Not sure how many clients Al currently has but I do believe it would be best to just contact him and ask for feedback. He cant read your mind and he probably doesn't have enough time in the day to go through everyones log and send out emails he does have a life of his own, but if you do email him he wont ignore you and will give you honest and professional advice..
Not bashing the guy at all, as I've read nothing but positive reviews about his service. I'm a busy guy as well, and and updating two sites per day is repetitive. I don't even update here everyday, but I find more support here, and I like it here. If he doesn't have enough time in the day to go through everyone's log, how can he give "personalized" advice to everyone? Again, not bashing. I may have been overlooked, and I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt based on other people's good remarks. But if you're selling a personalized service, you would think that I would have at least gotten a welcome email or something besides an email telling me my credit card had been billed. The whole point for signing up is to get direction, and not have to go ask for it. I thought that was the whole point of signing up. Again, I'm busy as well, otherwise I would have noticed I've paid for a service and gotten nothing for almost a month. Wasn't asking for a mindreader, just a coach that I don't have to contact first. Don't take this post the wrong way. I think I'm more upset with myself for not noticing until I looked it up. Time flies when you're pulling your wang.

After reading my original post, it comes off as quite "dickish" if that is a word. Certainly not my intention at all. For some reason my original baseline questionnaire didn't get to you. Filled out a more detailed one this time anyway. Thanks for being a good sport, and a stand up guy. Look forward to working with you!
