I am using a tape measure to measure my penis, and was wondering for pone pressed if I am supposed to push the tape measure down on the pelvic bone or just have it on the surface of the skin while applying no pressure? Also for flaccid I read that you are supposed to stretch your penis out front to measure. But by that it is not actually meant to stretch right? Just pull it upright so it is parallel to the ground?
