Yea, it's relatively interesting. well, BonePressed it's about 5.25 or 5.5 but i lose a good deal in Fat Pad so really it's about 4.5-ish (4.25-4.75) on average when it's hanging happily. The thing is, that there's not much room between my thighs while i'm standing up so my entire package is pushed forward and up against my pants. so whatever i do have looks bigger to the casual observer. lol

Today was one of those days where you start to lose your mojo halfway through. had an interesting last night so that was weighing on my mind and I refused to turn to pr0n. no morning wood to speak of. When i summoned an erection, it felt particularly thin; almost "stock" pre-PE... That was a little disheartening. full erection length was there, at 7-5/8 or a little more, but girth was all but absent.

When i started my routine, within 3 Jelqs, it ballooned to its normal/new size. I haven't a clue why it did that....Guess it's time for a rest day. I'll give it a rest tomorrow and let it heal. So much flowing through my mind right now, having a hard time focusing, LOL! Much like this journal, my PE journey, and my life... I need to focus! Stay on track and do not become distracted :). Anyway... No measurements today... couldn't do much of anything this morning.

Good move. And sometimes it may take more than just a day off to get things right. I've found that anytime I'm really, really quick to an erection when I start PE, I'll let that session go - shows me I'm not in the right frame of mind to focus.

Yes that is good move if you are not focused with your routine take a day off . It doesn't hurt to take a day especially if your cock is saying it is time to rest. Then it will thank you later by growing big and strong prouder than ever.

LOL! yea, Taking the day off today.

I don't know why but it just feels incredibly thin. Maybe because i'm not getting as hard as I can. Woke up with a fairly decent wood this morning. Let it do its thing while I gathered my bearings.

BPFSL is 8-1/8" no warm up with a bit of happy entering the mix (getting a little turned on brings my BPFSL down a bit)
BPEL is still lingering around 7 and 5/8s but that was intermediate hard-on. when upped to max i could get it, it was a solid 7-5/8s with a bit of a nudge to 11/16s. I don't know if that was 100%. it was probably a strong 85% erection. I think it just needs to rest, I'll see how my drive is today and see if it can get 100% by the end of the night. If he can get to 100% by tonight, then I'll hit tomorrow hard with some more working out! :)

Also, just needed to say that the log is the best thing in the world! Definitely helps keep you motivated, and to review what you did. Awesome stuff.

Okay, So I feel my motivation for P90X failing. Stopped seeing progress and actually gained some weight. dunno, I'm just tired and for the time it takes out of my morning, i'm not feeling it.

anyway, enough griping about the Full Body, back to the PE

Journal: 2-22-2011

Had not a single hint of wood this morning. worked up an Erection so that I could get my routine going. I honestly don't think my mind was there again. I wonder what's wrong with me. I'm just way too distracted, but i don't want to take more than one day off because i noticed my increases shrank noticeably. I was able to maintain erection quality throughout without the use of pornography so it was a successful journey through today.

Did 15 minutes. I did the underhanded OK jelq today with pulling just below the head to help increase tunica pull as well as mystandard overhand method. Mixed in some of the moves from engleangle so i could work on smooth muscle increases. I noticed my BPFSL was 8.25 fully soft. BPEL is still somewhere around 7-5/8s or 11/16s... Actually it was just about 7.75 last night while i was fiddling the diddle. I was not edging but i noticed i got really hard and it just looked marginally bigger than normal so while i was still pretty hard i'd venture to say 100%. It was solid 11/16s, very close to 7-3/4. when i kegel'd it brought me over the 7-3/4" mark. So i guess i'm still moving on up. girth feels normal. It didn't feel thin today, it blew up to a good size, so i'm happy about that. I was super intense with my work out inside of that 15 minutes so that I could get full effectiveness out of it since I was distracted mentally.

Did some erect bends to help with that silly left turn he makes when coming out of my body. I mean really... what could POSSIBLY be so entertaining on my left thigh?? That said, how many people have corrected this, only to find out that with an arrow straight penis, you're force to wear boxers so that it can dangle around, or briefs to force it to rotate down under your balls? forcing it to one side or the other seems like it would cause an erect curve if you ended up with an erection in public.enough times and it remembers the most comfortable way to be hard....

Oh well rambling on, good session today.i can honestly say without reservation that my dick is growing... Interesting turn of events :)

I have so much to do today, I'll probably have to PE tonight. :( I can't get it in this morning!

discouraging to say the least.

Also...

I should mention that as soon as i hit 7.75, I will have hit my unofficial Short Term Goal, though I didn't hold any real "distance" goals, just to keep at it until it did something. I'm just going to go for 8" and see how far I can go from there :) Here's to Hope!

Happily, I just did my PE... what whut w00t!

Felt REALLY good today, though I had a hard time at the 13 minute mark. He feels fluffy and tired. a good tired. this morning i had a monstrously hard erection, but not morning wood. It came much later. It was quite annoying, but I did measure it before I got rid of it. It was definitely 7-11/16s solid, no movement or deviation. Kegel'd lightly and went nicely over 7.75 w00t! a harder kegel sent me to 13/16s :D

So, Anyway, I did a BPFSL early this morning just because it's become kind of a habit whenever I'm completely flaccid and have a bit of time and when I think about it, I'll grab the ruler and check it. Well BPFSL went to 8.25 for a short second then down to 8-3/16s. Just did a BPFSL just now and hit 8.25" after a quick moment.

I didn't add any Special maneuvers into my workout today, just did my standard routine, I think i went through 4 cycles before it became a chore to work up another erection to 90% and even then it only got to 85%. I'm feeling nicely stretched! I know i said i wasn't going to edge but I just PONR'd once and put it away. just to see if it was expand anymore. It didn't LOL I PONR'd while at 75-80% erect. Pretty interesting feeling. my guy being a little floppy while i'm reaching orgasm level stimulation. Pretty funny feeling.

Anyway, so slowly but surely, it's growing. Didn't blow up another 1/4" like i would have expected, but it's coming along nicely. I just realized I have 6 more days until my Official Girth Measuring day..... I'm NERVOUS! Hope it's proportional to the gains in length i've gotten... Worst case scenario, I didn't gain anything. I did okay if I hit 5.5! I will be ecstatic if I gained as much Girth as I did length!!! 5.75 Around! *faints* :D

Okay OKay.... I'm gonna hit these next few days pretty hard. then take a day off. for the heal effect and so I can achieve a 100% erection :)

What works for me is when I feel bigger and look bigger I know that I have gained. Also when I just barely hold it and it feels real heavy that is another indicator that I have gained . Everytime that my dick has this episode I know that I have gained maybe a little bit and maybe a lot. One more thing when I start to gain my dick get the Good Fatigue along the penis . Everytime when I get this indicator I also gain. So right now I'm at that stage where I know if I'm giong to gain or not. I justed wanted to say that .

Hey Danner, my NBPEL was in one of my other posts, i think i measured it for the first time, then. t'was something along the lines of 6-5/8s or 6.5... right around that number. I have quite the massive fat pad, LOL!

So today I woke up and it seemed phenomenally slim again. got fully erect and was 7.5 dead. I don't know how erect I was, to be honest, but its a little disconcerting. If I wake up in the morning, trying to have sex with my girlie, i'm going to be bigger the night before than I was the next morning. It's stuff like this that makes me think my gains are all in my head LOL!. "maybe I'm tripping, maybe it's just wishful thinking" Grumble.

Anyway, did a shortened version of my routine, about 5-7 minutes worth of work. couldn't maintain a 90% erection for the life of me. I'm going to keep going until i have complete failure of the peen like I did earlier and rest a while. This waking up with a smaller penis is for the birds!

BPEL was 7.5:mad: My BPFSL is 8-1/8" with a bit of resistance, and a bit of an erection probably 20% erect... Hard/thick enough to hang awkwardly but still stretchy enough to pull (i lose about 1/8 to 3/16 inch BPFSL at this state)...

Sooooo what to do??? I'm so confused :( what does this massive shrink back really mean? like why does it not grow to its state??? I noticed that when I stood up, the girth swelled back up but the length didn't do much of anything. Oh well, I'm probably going to go for some green tea later on and see if that helps keep my Testosterone up. :(

Just did another BPFSL. it was 8.25" almost completely flaccid.

Update:
While getting some things together, I ended up with a hardon. interesting randomness, but i stroked it out to get full size and it felt big and heavy, so I measured up and it was indeed 7.75 and the girth was thick.

Woke up with some massive wood very early this morning (middle of the night)... ust ignored it woke up with moderate wood this morning, ignored that one too. Decided after i got up and got moving, that i'd go ahead and do today's workout as scheduled. Had no problem working up practically a pretty stiff erection LOL! it was Super hard, but again, felt really slim. This is really confusing me. Later in the day, of course it gets bigger, but in the morning it's like he just looks up at me and says "Screw you, this is all you get, right now... I'm tired ~yawn~"

Did 15 minutes today, When i hit the 15 minute mark, i just wanted to do 10 more Reps of the jelq I do... That ended up taking 5 minutes! *sigh* so i ended up doing 20 minutes of workout. I need to make sure the whole workout is done to the best of my dick's ability, lol. anyhoo, BPFSL seems particularly unstretchy after my workout. After investigating it, it was because it was still about 20% erect... durp. even at 20% i stretched to 8-1/8" I couldn't really do a BPFSL before the workout. I had moderate wood the whole time.

I saw that Schlittle experimented with a cool down, so I grabbed a water bottle filled it up and ran to the tub and cooled my penis down after the work out. hope he doesn't catch a cold. Taking his temperature could be a little uncomfortable for both of us...

I have to mention that he and I got tired halfway through, so the workout was forced on both of our parts, so I'm wondering if I'm experiencing the same "could barely stay 50% the whole time" scenario just not as bad as that. Interesting... I'll see how he reacts tomorrow to see if I need to take a day off. I went a whole 9 Days last time before i had to take a rest day.... Wait a tick... I just calculated the posts but it only says I was at 6 days on 1 off... I can't remember when i started PE... i started it a little after i started P90X but i don't think it was a whole 3 days afterward. Maybe it was! :eek: If that's the case then I'm doing good. It's been 3 days on so far, and tomorrow will tell me by PIs if I need to go more. :)

UPDATE:
wtf.... My penis is throbbing a bit. Not a painful throb, but like it's a dull soreness like it's been worked really well... rock hard erections keep popping up. So, soreness/fatigue Negative PI... Rock hard, consistent Erections Positive PI. I pulled on it while it was flaccid and it stretched forever! another Positive PI So I'm sure something is going to happen soon. I'll probably sit tomorrow out, just because i don't want to jinx my growth LOL!

I highly recommended do a cool down. This will help it be more enlarged and streched state. Your goal after a workout is to keep it enlarged and in a stretched . Applying heat will counteracts this goal.

Use cold water, or cold wash cloth or a cold pack .Then applying to the penis for 1 to 2 min. Don't have it too cold or your penis will contract and shrink. Hope this helps you with your gains !!!

Plus I always do a cool down after my PE workout.

I just used some regular tap water... It's winter where i am so the water out of the tap is pretty cool LOL. I actually noticed it did stay marginally erect the whole day. Pretty Cool. I'll see how i feel about that later on.

To Add:

I forgot to mention that this morning I noticed a marked change in Erection angle. Maybe I'm hallucinating, but it definitely looked to stand up more vertical this morning. Looked to have a higher upward angle... I haven't a clue how that happened... I do happen to jelq up though... maybe my erection angle is changing. dunno.

I'm also, pretty regularly hitting 7.75 HAHAHAHAH YUS!

Excuse me as I ramble on, I am deciphering my next course of action while I type this!

Still undecided as to what I'm going to do. I may do some exercises later tonight. I woke up without wood but as I gained "consciousness" and got up (yes, i'm slow to rise out of bed) he started to stand up. funny thing was it was a pretty good stiffness before I even knew it. I leaned up and got poked in the stomach at a slightly higher position than i'm used to. Pretty cool :D

Anyway, I'm still suffering from the early morning lack of girth. I've not done any exercises, so it's not grown much but it did feel marginally bigger than yesterday morning. I may be looking at a bit of over training, so I'm thinking I may have to let it rest. the weird thing is when i stand up it swells up. Is there something wrong with my circulation???

BPEL was 7-11/16 with a very sorry hardon. BPFSL was 8-1/8" with a bit of happy in the mix. Not bad, but it's par for the course right now. I'm just keeping it moving no discouragement :) I know it's working for right now, so We'll just keep up progress :) Couldn't help it! i had to take one measurement in girth. I took the base girth. it ended up being 6.125"... :eek: didn't see that coming. I don't know what it was before so I have nothing to base it on, but it's nice to know it's there.

Well, I'll just take today off and hope for the best. That's all you can do...

Anything that you guys suggest I do to keep from losing gains?

I suggest you keep your measuring to a minium like say every 2 weeks. Even better is a month. Keep a very detailed PI log. All you need to be concern with is your PI's If you keep measuring every day there will be days that it won't be same . This will get you discourage because you think you lost or didn't gain. So for now on you should stick to measuring every 2 weeks or monthly.

it drives me crazy, but I would rather keep track of numbers. I don't operate well on subjective principles. I'm not necessarily discouraged. I'm seeing marked improvement and the numbers say that so I'm sticking with it. :) Just trying to figure out what's going on behind the scenes and why the numbers are jumping around. It's more of a problem to solve for me. Taking into account different levels of arousal and all this other stuff. It's pretty good. I've learned a lot about my penis just looking back through this log and reviewing the numbers and comparing it to what I was doing, LOL! seriously, like I wouldn't have known that I lose exactly 1/8 to 3/16" of BPFSL, depending on my erection level, if I hadn't done it so much. I'm happy that I learned this.

I do understand what you're saying though. The only measure I worry about is girth. As you notice, that's the only one I will not review frequently (Every Month), in order not to get discouraged. Length, both BPEL and BPFSL, I could care less about. The flipside to this is, if either one stops growing, then something I'm doing isn't working :) My routine is supposed to increase both length and girth. if one stops, the other does too. Gotta keep them moving LOL! I understand what you're saying though, and I'll consider reducing the frequency to which i measure :)

The one cool down I did, there was a noticeable difference throughout the day. You're right, the girth and length in flaccid state were super thick. I kinda like my penis to be thin and long in flaccid state, but knowing that the girth was big and fluffy made me think it was staying engorged a lot longer, helping in it healing at a bigger size.

I going to start doing cool downs to see if anything changes.

Finally had some time to myself! Got my workout in followed by a cooldown rinse. 2 16.9oz water bottles filled with completely cold tap water over my penis. Takes about 30-45 seconds to empty a bottle. Flaccid is super girthy again. Interesting... I'll see what happens with this over time. I'm really liking it right now!

Did about 10 minute today because that's all he had energy for. The workout was particularly intense today, for some reason. I don't know. He took to it very well and was completely blown up and willing to be enlarged. Also, he was ready ready! Stood up at 85-90% erection without problem. I guess those rest days are really when he needs to recover... such a lazy ass.

was in the bathroom earlier today and got a pretty good erection... grabbed a hair brush and BP'd it next to me. I was never as long as this brush before. but today I was eye-to-eye with it. shoulder to shoulder! :) flaccid has been stretchy, but I haven't had a chance to get any numbers today.

2 more days until my official Measure... I think I'll hold off on BPEL and BPFSL until March first. I'm close enough that it shouldn't make a difference if I don't get some expansion happening in these last few days! :)
