I have been surprised time and time again Al, at how many people participate in this activity. I had never heard of it before joining the Gym.
I would point out that NERVE damage in and around the glans is not only probable but almost a guarantee if you do this, not to mention the skin damage done by friction as there can be no adequate mthod of lubrication for sheets, pillows and mattresses.
