Week 77 of this PE journey, not too much to report this week.. There is in fact a 1/16th of positive growth, so I will say that... I have no more bruising from the Hanger, a big plus.. It didn't look too good, and couldn't have been that healthy for a fella..
I found out just how touchy the back nut adjustments are.. They're shipped 8 threads for the nut to nut gap.. I made it 10 (1000 th's of an inch bigger), just 2 threads more and it went from fitting like crap and bruising, to fits like a glove and tightens down with no negative signs of wearing it..
I increased the weight to 8.5 lbs, it felt pretty good... I'm feeling some deep tissue soreness in a good way down the entire length of the shaft, hoping that means new gains are coming, I want to crack and keep 7" BPEL again... I'll try 4 more weeks at 8.5 then move up to 10.. I'm trying to get to 10/12.5 range again that seemed to be the sweet spot last time.. And I finally lost some of the winter beer belly 9 lbs off so far.. Life is getting better!!! :whoo:
