Gotcha, I slid back some... Out on the "injury" status.. This is the first week back hanging for me with a new set-up.. Weight has been dropped to 7.5 lbs for safety and to start over, all week has been really good, I feel worked even from that lower weight...

Some Bruising came back on Monday from the first set, but that has dissipated and I've "settled" into the routine.. I moved my hanger attachment point ahead about 0.25" moved out the adjustment nuts to 10 threads instead of the shipped setting of 8.. Also I determined that I do need the doubled up SS material, not to the length of the single wrap of 8", but exactly 1" less then that number.. 7" and left the self adhesive wrap at 8".... I intend to stay at 7.5 for at least 6 weeks including this one...

New week of Hanging has begun, just did the full session, felt good.. Not even a hint of wanting to bruise up any.. I might just have that pesky issue solved!! Gives me some hope now :cool:..

I think I have developed a plan that will see me try to increase the weight by 1.5 lbs every 4 weeks from here out.. 7.5 lbs is starting to have little effect on me.. So next week I will bump it up a 1 lbs.. This should see me thru until I get back to the 15/17.5+ range.. I found a 1 lb glove weight and it folded up nice so I don't need to make any "hillbilly" type weights for in between the plates poundage.. Still, no more bruising and I have the feeling of "can't wait to hang today" again...

Not going to shout it from the roof tops just yet but there has been some "creep" to the tune of a 16th of an inch.. Starting to do something right I think.. As long as it keeps going in the positive territory it's a win.. :eek:

Me personally I only announce the next new size in 1/8ths of an inch.. IF a 1/16th I don't really bother saying anything, just make a note in the personal.. We should almost set up some sort of standard measuring system like this Wish.. Think the masses will go for it?? :tomato:lol

Week 77 of this PE journey, not too much to report this week.. There is in fact a 1/16th of positive growth, so I will say that... I have no more bruising from the Hanger, a big plus.. It didn't look too good, and couldn't have been that healthy for a fella..

I found out just how touchy the back nut adjustments are.. They're shipped 8 threads for the nut to nut gap.. I made it 10 (1000 th's of an inch bigger), just 2 threads more and it went from fitting like crap and bruising, to fits like a glove and tightens down with no negative signs of wearing it..

I increased the weight to 8.5 lbs, it felt pretty good... I'm feeling some deep tissue soreness in a good way down the entire length of the shaft, hoping that means new gains are coming, I want to crack and keep 7" BPEL again... I'll try 4 more weeks at 8.5 then move up to 10.. I'm trying to get to 10/12.5 range again that seemed to be the sweet spot last time.. And I finally lost some of the winter beer belly 9 lbs off so far.. Life is getting better!!! :whoo:

Well, well, well... Talk about teasing me dammit, lol.. 6.95" BPEL I'll call it!! :rolleyes: We are talking a mm below the 7".. I'm having some less then stellar EQ so I hope by the end of the week I will gain back all I lost to the bruising injury... If a fella can just hit 7.25" BPEL or above by the end of the year.. And move to the pumping again..

Successfully made it thru a 10 lb hanging session and felt great.. Continuing not to bruise and the legs really felt it.. I gained the most before in the 10 to 12.5 lbs range, the "Sweet Spot".. Hope it rings true this time around too..

Made it the full week at 10 lb without issue.. Now I can buckle down and and start the real growin' again.. It seems most of mine came in before when I was at 10/12.5 lbs mark.. I'm going to shoot for adding more sets this time around once at 12.5 lbs I think..

Week 80 almost in the books, feels great at 10 lbs.. There is some more stretch because the distance from the hanging weight to the floor is getting smaller.. So I know the Stretch measurements have gone up for sure.. "In hand" difference too..
Offical 1 month measure in 2 weeks time, know I had to put on some more length since last time..
