Hi guys, im new here and this is my first thread on here apart from introducing section. Im on my second week JP90 days routine, so i always try to learn new stuff or knowledge which landed me in this site

So after reading his view on Manual PE, Im confused on continuing my PE

One of his quote is
' The historical lessons of Penile Exercises: No
Joke! Only a stupid man will beat up his penis
for no more sexual orgasm in the name of
penile enlargement! If you hate your penis so
much, why not simply chop it off!
Warning: You have one and only one penis. If
you screw it up, you are about to end your love
life, physically and psychologically! You don't
have to kill or torture your penis for

penile tissue/blood-vessel/nervous inflammation

formation inside the penile erectile tissue!

But he recommended Ballooning where ' Rejuvenate your neuro-endocrine action to

stressors cortsiol and epinephrine release first.
That is, have a frequent spontaneous, long-
lasting erection to upregulate your DHT and 5-
alpha reductase receptors in your erectile
tissues, increase your hGH production to
activate the penile somatic stem cells, boost the
release of beta endorphin, and activate the
genes cytokeratin 16 and transformation growth
factor beta-3 for enbryonic scar-free healing
and cellular growth! '

How does PE work?


With every exercise, safety precautions are promoted to prevent injuries and ensure you are improving your penile health and not harming it, PE is safe as long as you are mindful of the exercises and not overdoing it.

There is just as much probability that one can hurt themselves in a bodybuilding gym, driving or just eating, if they are not careful and know what they are doing. :)

PE does work, and it does help men recover from ED and even grow bigger penises, but care must be taken, education is a must, the forum is full of information, do as much research as you can, and we are here to help you if you have any questions.

The Navigation bar contains links to exercise instructions and video demonstrations, learn how to perform the exercises correctly, and take your time. Condition your penis, and get familiar with how it responds to the exercises, everyone is different, you got to learn how to make it work for you, start slow, and be safe. :)

Hi MrB8, thanks for your response and links mate, i just read all of them. I just became scare abit because there was a lot of case study on Penile Exercise injuries on that site, all related to stretching, jelging and kegel and Dr Lin against all of those practices. Instead he recommended Ballooning with spontaneous erection( DHT is essential to penile regrowth. Penile ballooning increases prostaglandins and nitric
oxide release to sensitize the androgen receptors
for DHT action.), anal breathing against kegel(suitable for women only according to his site)

Im not against any PE exercises, this is just my finding, thanks again guys.

Do not fall victim to scare tactics aimed at driving you away from PE. :)

Actually what he says is true to those who are unsafe (I call them 'desperate gainers' which only gain injuries) with PE. This applies to any physical modification(s) of the body where risks are at hand with unsafe practices especially in the gym with 'desperate gainers' pumping iron above their muscle groups capabilities putting them lifting weight out of commission. Being a weight trainer, I have see it time and time again.
The key is safety protocols and straight out common sense.

Thanks again MrB8 and thenewdude. I do believe in safe PE too, still learning my penis's limit, so i can stay within it and avoid injury. Penis health is way important for me, cheers.

OP, and anyone else interested, If you want to follow Dr. Lin's quackery, be my guest. But please understand that he isn't a medical doctor, and there is no science behind his advice. Further, if you can follow a guru who teaches that it's good and healthy for women to have sex with dogs, there is something deeply wrong with you.

No worries man. His site is huge and full of links. But there's at least one where he encourages a woman to have sex with her rottweiler because the extra heat of the dog's penis will help with her orgasms. :crazy:

All PE is inherently dangerous if performed recklessly. If done with patience and common sense, it's completely safe. MrB8's links are full of great information. I just wanted to warn you about Dr. Lin. :)

You have been given some very good advice in the above posts. PE does work, but I want to reiterate that it MUST be done correctly and safely. It takes time so be Patient.

yeah guys, im taking my time and do PE slowly and safely, just by having injured free and healthy penis, im sure one can stay motivated. Im not rushing and will follow all the protocol. Im just happy to join you guys., cheers
