Yesterday I said I would check EQ and do a couple more stretching sessions, but the skin at the zero point is injured and I want to let it heal for a few days. I don’t know how I will be able to take daily consistent BPFSL measurements in the future. I rounded the corner of the zero end of the ruler even more today, hoping it won’t hurt my pubic skin as much when I get back to measuring my BPFSL and BPEL. I’m not worried as I’ve been feeling very good fatigue at the base when stretching (especially when stretching a little to the sides)

I will still do the sessions in the meantime, I will just replace the BPFSL measurements with a 10-15s super hard straight out lock stretch with my left hand and wait for the skin to heal well.

I think my unit is becoming stretchable again. I couldn’t resist measuring on my fifth session today and it measured at 8"29/32 :)

Yesterday my BPFSL during each session was pretty much the same as the day before.

Today my first BPFSL measurement was closer to 8"7/8 than the 27/32 mark. Second session was right at the 7/8 mark. Base feels really tender when initiating the stretches (especially on my first stretches of the day).

My EQ has been great for the last couple days, but I didn’t bother measuring because of the injury on my pubic skin. I’ve been measuring BPFSL by pushing the end of the ruler on another spot and sliding the skin to where I usually push the end of the ruler and I can’t do it for BPEL as I would lose some EQ percentage in the process.

I won’t be able to measure at the same time of day tomorrow as I will have zero privacy.

I think I’m doing good overall. This routine hasn’t made my glans sore or made me feel very overtrained. As a reminder, I do 4-5 sessions of lockstretch (twice) and some BPFSL measurements throughout the day. Of course, I will update if I either gain some morning BPFSL or if I reach a new max BPFSL :)

No luck reaching over 8"29/32 BPFSL this evening, I only did 4 sessions today as I had to go out and I’m pretty sure I won’t be able to measure BPFSL at the same time as usual tomorrow morning 🥲

So I managed to get back home an hour or so later than the usual time I do my first session (~11 am), and it was surprisingly easy hitting 8"7/8 BPFSL 😃 It was also easy hitting a tad over the mark on my second session.

I’d rather wait until I can hit it on my first session again tomorrow (under normal conditions) before I make it official though!

EQ was so so last night, and it’s weird because it was during sex, and that’s when my EQ is normally excellent. It may have been due to me being a bit high and tired though, I will carefully check the erect state when I can and give an update.

Max BPFSL is now 8"15/16, I hit it twice on my fifth session. The second time I really think I went a tiny bit over it but I stopped the stretching to make sure I don’t overtrain it.

8"7/8 BPFSL is confirmed, and i got a little bit over it on my second session. Glans felt a bit sore on one side so I applied a cream and hope it won’t be as sore on the other sessions.

I reached 8"15/16 BPFSL on my fourth session. I voluntarily stopped the stretching then so I can do more tomorrow. Fatigue is still felt at the base, and EQ is still good but my unit kinda looks and feels "tired". Also, I can feel the fatigue on my side ligs when I’m 100% erect and push it down and sideways (the idea being to induce more pressure inside).

I haven’t done any BPEL measuring session in a while because I’m waiting for the injury on the pubic skin to completely heal, and it looks like it’s slowly healing (it doesn’t hurt anymore when I press it with my thumb).

3rd 8"29/32 (grip was awful though)
4th 8"15/16
5th 8"15/16, maybe a hair over it

I think EQ is down, will try again when I blow my load tonight.

By the way, I feel a slight dull ache in a spot at the base when doing flaccid kegels. Not sure what it could mean, but I thought I should note it.

I was able to reach a bit over 8"15/16 BPFSL on my fourth session, then a tad over it (still can’t hit 8"31/32) on my fifth and last.

Just checked EQ right after stretching and it’s great, I think it looks slightly bigger, but I’m not sure. I can’t measure BPEL yet because of the small injury at the spot where I usually put the zero end of the ruler. I guess I will have to be patient :)

Are you taking layoff breaks, as needed?
Not yet as I haven’t felt like I needed to. EQ has been very good for a long time despite the stretching (usually a good sign). The glans gets a bit sore sometimes but it doesn’t take a long time to heal. The dull ache I’m feeling when doing flaccid kegels is the same fatigue feeling I get when stretching. In fact i feel it on the same spot.

Today I managed to hit pretty much the same marks as yesterday, although it was more obvious in the late evening, but I’m not worried since this morning I worked out as soon as I woke up so I cannot compare it to the measurements I usually get. I managed to get very close to 8"31/32, but still not the full "mark". I think It’s also worth noting that this time I did my last sessions much later than I used to.

I’m not checking the erect state tonight, I’m way too tired and I have to wake up early tomorrow.
