So last night I tried some erect work. EQ is getting better (unit feeling less rubbery) but still not diamond hard. I measured BPEL only once at 8"3/16.
This morning, first session BPFSL was 8"23/32 and second session was 8"3/4. When I stretched the base felt less tender than it did the last few days.
As of today, I decided to completely stop performing erect RKs and see what happens to EQ. I also decided to incorporate some flaccid « front » Ks to my routine. From now on it will go like this:
As soon as I measure a BPFSL gain in the morning, I will keep the hard stretching at a minimum until the base feels more normal and EQ is fully restored. I will still stretch hard, but only when measuring BPFSL in order to make sure I haven’t lost the stretched gain. I will also do casual stretches to try keep it elongated whenever I think about it. In the meantime, I will work on getting back to 100% EQ as quickly as possible using flaccid Ks (still unsure about erect Ks).
