i looked up the beginners routine and i started doing 140 for the last week, week and half and added 2 erect squeezes end of workout no turtling or no negative effects so i thougt adding that in would be alrite it's been like this for 2 weeks i do 5 days on 2 off i have some ideas on wat i should do but i wanna get some advice from a experienced guy

Personally, I do 5 on 2 off as well. But my Wednesdays are a lighter form of the stretching part of my routine. And only that... no kegels, jelqs, squeezes, not even more advanced stretches.
Do what your body can handle. Maybe you should take a few days off and see how you feel after that.

Maybe. You shouldn't be trying to pull your dick off. And when you jelq you should use good, quality lube... and a light grip. The more erect the lighter the grip. You are most likely being a little too rough on your little guy. Be kind to him and he shall treat you better as well.

You can maybe attribute any loss in size to a temporary loss of EQ. During my first couple of weeks, I lost a couple of rungs on the old EQ ladder. Perhaps it is because your penis is reacting to all these new exercises, etc. And yes, keep the exercises light and consistent, and most importantly -- rest, rest, rest!

Imagine how burned your muscles (let's say biceps) would become if you did nothing but curls during a 7 day workout regiment. Everything needs rest to grow and develop!
