Long-lasting turtling

Hi,

Just wanted to check if other people have longer periods of turtling, and the balls not hanging low at all? I usually have week long periods with my penis turtling and it just feeling skinny altogether. At the same time my balls are really close to my body and my libido is low. At other times though, I have a great hang, and my balls hang much lower for some reason. I dont think it is stress realted either.

If anyone knows how to deal with this or experience the same situation, please reply!

All sorts of things may cause turtling: temperature, stimulant use, and overwork are just some contributing causes.

Have instances of turtling increased for you? Has there been a corresponding decline in other attributes (EQ, libido, etc.)?

I've had this same problem too lately. Just got on this site for first time in a long time to try and get answers. I haven't engaged in PE since early last year. The past few months I've been dealing with turtling on a daily basis. Like bad to the point that it looks like I'm uncircumcised. I can't figure out what's causing it. I take supplements on a pretty regular basis to help with work activity or just my gym workout. They're all things that according to reviews would boost libido and result in more erections or at least a chub most of the day. Would one of the anti-turtling sleeves like the stealth help fix this issue?

You mentioned not having performed any PE training since early last year. Does this include stamina training? Has your EQ/conditioning changed since you trained last?

Yeah I mean it usually starts randomly after a PE session. Might be overworked just a bit but it stays like this indefinitely it feels like. I think libido is also suffering as well. EQ is fine once I get it up, but as I said, it is definitely skinnier.

In general, if I stop doing PE it feels like it just gets skinnier instantly and the girth results are lost. It's almost like I have to remind my dick that more blood can flow into it by doing jelqs or something.

No stamina training. Yes it has, it's not as good as when I was training. I would've continued PE but ended up with a girlfriend and I had a job where I was living out of town in an apartment with another person, so I had to give it up.

What is your training like? You mention this period lasting a week or so. Is it towards the end of a training cycle? Can you correlate something else which is happening during the period where you turtle that might be contributing to it?

If you're very sexually active AND your EQ has improved during your relationship, then this could negate the need for some or most of your stamina training requirements. If this isn't the case- and your EQ is still not as good as you'd like it- then some training may help to remedy the situation. There's exercises/movement you can perform to immediately mitigate turtling, but it would also be best for you to get to the root cause of the issue.

Unless there's something we're missing, the constant in your case may be the cessation of your training. Could there be another contributing cause you can think of? How about your physical conditioning? Emotional stress?

I'm in pretty good physical shape, I'll admit I'm not what I was last year at this time because I went to the gym a consistent 4-5 days a week. But since I'm in a relationship now, it's only 2 or 3 days a week. I guess it could be emotional stress. I don't necessarily feel depressed or anything but the last 2 years have been stressing for many factors. I'll add that the turtling only happens during the day when I'm wearing clothes working or driving. Never when I'm sleeping, or even walking around my house naked.

If there's a decline in physical conditioning you can expect some corresponding effect with your EQ. That being said, it's easier to maintain than to gain, so even training 2-3 days a week will be helpful. Iif you haven't done so already it may be good for you to look into more cardio/aerobic training to address your EQ.

Stress is the #1 cause of sexual issues among men, and it's also a leading cause of many diseases. Doing what you can to mitigate stress is very important for your physical/sexual health and mental well being.

Im haven't been a frequent PE-er in a long time. I usually go for a few weeks when my libido is high and I have a good hang, and then stop during periods of low libidio/turtling as any PE session during these times just increase my turtling.

I did however take a break for a week with no masturbation or anything and could feel my libido coming back and my balls hanging lower and my penis feeling more full and turtling less. After a masturbation session yesterday however I am back to turtling/having low libido/balls not hanging low. Do you have any advice on what I should do? Cant be overtraining as I haven't done any PE in a while, and clearly I can't just stay sexually inactive forever either.

The solution to this is to get back into better conditioning via training and/or more frequent vigorous sexual activities.

Going to extremes isn't going to help, but hurt!

The idea behind a stamina regimen is to make ejaculatory frequency a part of it. You need to allow for enough activity/ejaculations for development, but not so much your libido is depleted. For most, we advise testing out 3-4 times a week- then making adjustments as befits your abilities from there.

Thanks, I'll try that! Do you recommend doing kegels every session as well? I always feel so tense for a few days if I do kegels until fatigue, even if it's just a few.

Kegels each session will work, but you shouldn't necessarily train to fatigue each time. Early in a cycle, your sessions should be relatively easy to complete.

Have you considered wearing Stealth Innerwear which is intended to combat turtling? After doing PE I put in the sleeve to keep my flaccid elongated during the healing process. I wear it all day and it works for me.
