BTC is saying that whereas most people believe a ligament pop is breaking of the actual ligaments, it's actually the ligaments peeling off the pubic bone (am I correct on this interpertation BTC?). . . In any case, the concept of a ligament pop is still the same, as is all the information that was posted above - so no need to fret about a "joke."

so its estimated that 5% gets this liga pop usually by downstretching (correct?), but when does this happen? how long does it take to get this liga pop on average.

and is it really a good thing, i mean does your penis get any uglier? will you experience any pain? does your penis get weaker?

This phenomenon is achieved when the tissue is stressed to the limit. It is not painful, and your penis does not get weaker. The correlation with a "pop" and gains seem to give credit to reaching the absolute stress limit.

BTC: Since you work in the surgery field, I have a question. Traditional belief is that lig pops are similar to the effect of ligament surgery (in which the ligaments are dissected). Would you agree with this belief?

Remek you say that only 5% of pe-ers can acquire a lig pop. Is it possible to intentionally acquire a lig pop by doing some form of exercise? What pe exrcises would you credit to dislocating the hidden penis out?

Absolutely no way are piss pulls and JAIs the same damn exercise. I always thought that piss pulls goes like.. you first urinate(reverse kegel) per se and then stretch you penis straight out for 30 secs and thats it. I thought piss pulls are done after urinating because your penis hangs best and relaxed, sometimes while pissing your penis goes into a nice flaccid hang size even though previously shrunk, so as to make the most out of that good hang by stretching it then. Pulling on your penis after pissing I thought, had some sort of a physiologically "special" effect especially so when I read somewhere that doing piss pulls during puberty will reap the best benefit. Now I'm confused when you tell me that their(both piss pulls ad JAIs) purpose is fundamentally the same thing because JAIs obviously were created to delay the kick back reflex by active isolated stretching. Whichever genius that coined the word "piss pulls" oughta be shot because you're telling me its exactly a JAI therefore in my opinion it should be called Piss JAI instead. Coherently speaking it makes life for us pe-ers alot easier when people label exercises simillarly to their root exercises from which they were modified. I'm so sorry that I'm ranting but I'm feeling so emotional because I was so exuberant, grinning to myself after everytime I finish taking a leak that I'm actually making my Mr.Happy longer. But now I come to realise that I can easily produce the same effect by reverse kegelling hard than doing a brief JAI stretch. And to think all this while... all this while... searching about piss pulls and JAIs no one ever brought that resemblance up, what a shame...

I'm not sure the likelihood of acquiring a lig pop and trying to get one. A lot of men have tried, though :)

As for certain exercises: Hanging, stretching straight out/down, and anything else that places the pressure of the stress on the ligaments.

Kay so lig pop is ultimately a decent amount if inner penis dislocating/shifting outwards. But when we do manual stretches/hanging/ads, these also creates a form of microscopic lig pop, still perhaps a couple of mm gain but not as effective as lig pops right?

About some men exculsively being able to concieve a lig pop, does that mean that only these selected individuals have the ability to pull one and the rest not. Or are they just lucky that their penis somehow happened to give way?

Something like that. The theory is that when we pull down, hang down, or stretch down, the pressure is on the ligaments and we're ultimately stretching them.

All men, theoretically, can pull and stretch out their ligaments. I think some men are just "lucky" enough to actually have the pop occur.

The outcome of the penis is you either get the "hidden" penis out or in extreme cases you have to wear skirts for the rest of your life.

so it can shrink after geting the ligament cut. that would be pretty bad to have to dress a skirt the rest of your life. do you have any idea wat this operation costs?

honestly i didnt warm up or anything like that. It was kinda turtled actually, so the ligaments were cold and not warmed up i think that was the key pulling on cold ligaments, they couldnt stretch like they can when they are warm so they just gave way

Marc: Not to steer you in any specific direction, but studies show that roughly 2/3rds of every men who get their ligaments cut aren't satisfied with the results (this might be variable, depending on the doctor). If you do go through with it, make sure you do plenty of research and prepare to put in some hanging time if you want major results.

Redwood, yes there is an exercise I have found that will give you good lig "Pop's"
Grasp your flaccid penis just under the glans, stretch to the left against your hip. Do 25 hard kegels while holding the stretch. Move your hand and OK grip to your base and do a count of 20 helicopter shakes, twirling your penis around in a circle, this will restore circulation to the glans. Regrip your penis under the glans and stretch straight out and then pull your penis in a large circle 15 times to the left, 15 times to the right. These are called "Circle Stretches" You should feel the ligs pop. Do this exercise w/Kegels, to the left, right, straight out and straight up. Lig pops are NOT harmful they just feel weird. They are caused by the ligaments riding over the pelvic bone.
And...What are JAI's? I'm from another PE forum and we call 'em piss pulls. Please define these for me. Thanks. JP
