I bet the girls here will disagree with her. I can't see "all girls" being so open with their friends about such private matters. Maybe I'm wrong. I never had a discussion with a guy friend about how tight my girlfriend is or even how big her breasts are. Maybe I might disclose that information(if it came up in conversation) about a one night stand but definitely not a girlfriend.
I wouldnt be surprised if its a topic brought up among close friends. Not only size but sexual ability as well. I once had a girl I slept with talk about my size with her closest girl friends right infront of me. I have talked about sexual stuff involving girls, including my fiancee, with my best friend. Personally though, its more of a if I have something postive to say... and I wouldnt mind my fiancee talking about me either as I'm confident in myself and know she would have nothing but postives to say aswell.
My girlfriend did this to me, I didn't like it at all because it was a problem with sex and she chose to discuss it with her friends rather than me.
What made it really bad was the fact that I found out through her typing a text message to her thread and I looked over and read "not that long".
Needless to say it is a pretty shitty feeling that fucked with me for a good month and still kind of doesa, it would have been much better if she talked to me about it first. I, as a guy don't talk to my friends about our sexual experiences unless she doesn't mind, it just isn't something I want out there.

I have had a lot of girlfriends talk about mine to their friends even right I'm front of me. Thankfully all good but still I've been around enough girls to say it is a topic discussed a lot. Somehow there is always a topic about size whenever there is a girl party and I'm one of the few guys there. Then when the drinks flow, the topic comes up. My girl blurted out, Rick has a huge cock!
