Been looking at arginine creams and PE creams. Are there any that show good results. Bought a plumping cream. I used it before with mixed reviews. Sometimes I swore it made my unit look more swollen. Even my wife made the statement that I looked swollen. But it didn't work every time. Hate to waste money.

L-Arginine works for me to have a dependable boner after years of daily masturbation and sex. If you've ever taken a supplement like Rhyno, it's similar but no bad side affect for me. Just keeps my cock thicker than normal, the more you take the more results you get. The bottle I got at GNC essentially wants me to take about 9 pills a day, which I never do, I take about 4-6. When I don't take as much or I forget, I go back to my old not so hard boners.

But you can appLy lotion all over right?? I've been concerned about apply lotion with l arginine added and getting it inside my penis. I don't deliberately smear it near my pee hole but as I'm massaging it in I just rub all over penis. Just wondering if it could cause irritation or worse, infection of some sort? I mean when you buy these pension gels and creams you apply all over

What I would highly recommend is during your next Dr's appointment or schedule one for a complete blood workup done. It will tell you if you have any testosterone issues, cholesterol issues and if you are deficient in anything like vitamin d.
When I had it done I had high blood pressure, and low vitamin d and my testosterone was on the low side of normal.

I cut junk foods.
Lowered the amount of salt I eat.
Take vitamin d
Vitamin E
Omega 3 with vitamin d(folic acid)
L-Arginine
And cranberry because it helps urinary tract...I had a UTI after I had surgery and I REALLY don't want another!

If you notice you bruise easier than normal you may want to add iron supplements to the mix as well and there is other supplements that may help EQ or otherwise benefit your overall health.

Rather than using resources to test blood 25-OH-vitamin D levels in healthy adults, pretty much everyone should supplement 1000 to 2000 IU of vitamin D daily regardless. Be careful with your dosing in supplementing vitamin E; the amount you would get in a multivitamin (20 to 30 IU) is plenty. Also, unless you are symptomatic and have lab evidence of anemia, iron supplementation is not recommended for men (if you're worried, ask your doctor).

Salts are not just table salt NaCl is the result of an acid reacting with a metal. The result is a salt. This is true of any metal reacting with an acid. The l-Arginine crushed in lotion likely won't get to your blood stream. It is very hard to crush it small enough to go through the skin. You are better off supplementing this orally.
