From webmd:
L-Arginine:
"Erectile dysfunction (ED). Taking 5 grams of L-arginine by mouth daily seems to improve sexual function in men with ED. Taking lower doses might not be effective. However, there is some early evidence that adding 40 mg of Pycnogenol three times daily might improve the effectiveness of low-dose L-arginine for ED."
Pycnogenol:
"The active ingredients in pycnogenol can also be extracted from other sources, including peanut
skin, grape seed, and witch hazel bark."
Both supplements seem to lower blood pressure, so that's something to consider. Also, if you have a peanut allergy you might want to steer clear of pycnogenol. As always, research research research for side effects and potential complications from combining supplements/medications. (nothing directed towards you, just saying in general)
If everything looks good and you feel comfortable taking it... try it out. Let us know what you think.
