Anyone tried this combination for better erections? There was a study done with take both and had good results

L-Arginine:
"Erectile dysfunction (ED).
Taking 5 grams of L-arginine by mouth daily seems to improve sexual function in men with ED. Taking lower doses might not be effective. However, there is some early evidence that adding 40 mg of Pycnogenol three times daily might improve the effectiveness of low-dose L-arginine for ED."

Pycnogenol:
"The active ingredients in pycnogenol can also be extracted from other sources, including peanut skin, grape seed, and witch hazel bark."

Both supplements seem to lower blood pressure, so that's something to consider. Also, if you have a peanut allergy you might want to steer clear of pycnogenol. As always, research research research for side effects and potential complications from combining supplements/medications. (nothing directed towards you, just saying in general)

If everything looks good and you feel comfortable taking it... try it out. Let us know what you think. :)

I have been using this combo for nearly a month. I take Citrulline instead of the Arginine. I'm also taking black Maca, Red Ginseng, Horny Goat Weed, daily Cialis, and Tongcat Ali.

The study referenced went over 3 months with I think 95% of the men recovering from ED. In the second month they added the Pycnogenol and then upped the dose in the third month. I've definitely improved my EQ, though I can't say what could be the reason. I'm sure the penis pumping I'm doing is helping. I also got a P-Shot 3 weeks ago. Basically I threw everything at my problem and it's pretty much solved.

On another site I saw a recommendation to take the Horny Goat Week along with the other two. I didn't reorder this, but am going to take all the rest that I listed for another two months at least. I think these things take time before you can judge them. I wanted good EQ and more libido and it's working so far.

I did both of those, both together and separately. I did not notice any effects. For me powdered Japanese Matcha green tea seem to be the only noticable naturaly orally taken supplement that has a noticeable effect.
If you want to experiment with supplements, I recommend turmeric (cucumin), grape seed extract and krill oil .
I've tried a lot more natural supplements last year, but the green tea powder seems the most effective, even on it's own without negative side effects.

I take Pychnogenol because it is said that it helps strengthen artery walls and I am hoping it will help with my retinopathy. Never experienced any improvement with my ED.

L-arginine, However, definitely improved my EQ
