15 min warm up
3~5 sets of 30 sec internal stretches

20 mins jelq (6 sec stroke each)
10 mins v jelq (3 sec stroke each)

60 straight out and down testicle jelqs
Testicle massages

1 set Straight out (bundled), down, up stretches for 1 min
1 set A & V stretch 1 min

20 side to sides and heli shakes in between stretches

Much better response in EQ after cutting one set of jelqs and v jelqs. Need to remember to stay hydrated, drinking 1+ gallon a day; especially with new job.

Edged in the morning, came a little bit, need to work on reverse kegel strength.

Good expansion on jelqs, v jelq expansions were alright, stretching was nice too.

I noticed a bit of precum at the end of my edging session, with a little bit of cum seeping through. Eh, practice makes perfect. Today marks the day I seriously stop watching porn and masturbating. Edging and ballooning only. Working my kegel/reverse kegel routine, and deep breathing/relaxation.

Great expansion on UJs and UVs, they made my hands a bit sore, but I was able to really feel the blood moving up my shaft. Overall, good session today.

Strange, with all this PE up until now, I would have thought I'd gain something. I notice a quick plump flaccid after workouts, and I'm hanging rather low the next day, yet no increase in flaccid or length gains. Or EQ for that matter, just increase in semi's and slight morning woods.

Oh well, gotta keep at it.

Day 114

I had taken a break from PE for a while, so now I'm back on a 1 day on, 1 day off schedule.

Routine consisted of

10 min warm up

10 min jelqing

15 min clamping, with some erect bends, jelqing, squeezes

10 mins jelqing

3 sets of 30 second directional stretching (under constant heat)

Edging until I reached 2 PONRS, no ejac.

5 min cool down

1 hour all day clamp

Was expanding nicely during jelqs and clamping, however, erection kept subsiding, so I will decrease the workload on the next session. Overall, it was a good workout.

I incorporated a short 6-12 second break after every 2 minutes of my jelqs; this helped with expansion a bit. Clamping expansion was nice as well, when I was masturbating to get my EQ up ready for clamping the first time, I actually was reaching a higher EQ than I normally do. My edging session was nice as well, was getting pretty hard at the end of it, albeit it took a while, but I was pretty hard nevertheless. I precame by accident.

Still learning to control.

Tomorrow is resting day, just going to stretch and relax. If this routine holds true next workout, I will continue on it for a while.

Need to work EQ, hard to keep my erection up during jelqs in general. Clamping expansion is nice however.

Going by 1:1 ratio, 27 days off porn. I can't succumb to use it during my routines.

Notes

Solid expansion in jelqs and clamping, I was able to maintain a nice erection for both. I'll be keeping this routine up if things stay like this. Edging was a problem though, my unit was just too tired it seemed.

My last workout was November 25th.

Starting over in my day count, I've recently cut porn for 13 days; with 31 days being my longest avoidance.

Day 1

8 min warm up

5 min jelq/5 min clamp/5 min jelq
10 min clamp/5 min v jelq

2 supra slammers
25 min edging

4 min cool down
1 hour ADC

Notes

Got nice engorgement from jelqs early on, was getting solid expansion from clamping.
As for supra slammers, took me a while to even get hard enough to do them.
My first one was poor due to low eq, but my second one was better.

Edging for 25 mins, it was slow in the beginning, took awhile to get my eq up.
But near the 8 minute mark, my eq started rising, I think because I switched to an upright sitting position as opposed to laying down.
I hovered over the brink of feeling like I had to ejaculate, and stopped 1 PONR, with minor spasms.
Didn't cum.
