15 min warm up
3~5 sets of 30 sec internal stretches
20 mins jelq (6 sec stroke each)
10 mins v jelq (3 sec stroke each)
60 straight out and down testicle jelqs
Testicle massages
1 set Straight out (bundled), down, up stretches for 1 min
1 set A & V stretch 1 min
20 side to sides and heli shakes in between stretches
Notes
Much better response in EQ after cutting one set of jelqs and v jelqs. Need to remember to stay hydrated, drinking 1+ gallon a day; especially with new job.
Edged in the morning, came a little bit, need to work on reverse kegel strength.
