Day 18

Resting. I start school up on Monday, hopefully I get into at least one class... I bombed my first year of college, serious adjustments are being made during the summer if I can get lucky and make it into one of the two classes I waitlisted in.

I like this routine that I have going on much better. I believe taking a much slower approach was a world of difference for me. I have yet to see if I've had any gains, yet, I'm fairly still new into this routine. I sure do feel like I'm looking more engorged as well as better flaccids, more random semi's throughout the day, and sometimes even morning woods; which are rare enough for me. Thanks for asking!

Day 19

Resting for Father's Day. I start school tomorrow, which means I'll have access to the pool 4 times a week, meaning, my cardio, and EQ will surely benefit from the exercise. I'm going to restart no porn, and limit my masturbating to only my edging days when I do my routine. I have to go to a family reunion trip late june, so depending on my PIs, I may amp up the routine frequency to 4 times a week, as opposed to 3 times.

Day 20

Warm up 15 mins~


60 sec directional bundled stretches, A, V, mandingo, and circular stretches & heli shakes in between
100 side to side stretches. *increasing 100 per week*

10 minute jelq, 6 sec strokes } 3 sets
5 minute v jelqs 3 sec strokes } 3 sets
2, 1 min uli's after one completed set of jelqs and v jelqs

Notes

Couldn't finish all 3 sets again, my EQ has been dropping, so I'm going to cut the side to side stretches, and go down to 1 uli after each set. Maybe EQ will return by wednesday's session.

Day 21 (Week 3)

Got a nice swim in, chest workout, and general physio workout in today. Got a new 1.5 liter bottle, will be staying hydrated. I have a feeling tomorrow's routine will be a success.

Warm up 12 mins~

55 straight out/straight down testicle jelqs
Testicle massages

30 mins edge

Notes

I was becoming decently engorged during regular jelqs either when sitting or lying down. V jelqs had the most engorgement while sitting down on my pillow. Took some time to get a decent EQ for uli's. Other than that the session was fine. Testicles hanging low, feeling super relaxed.

Day 23

Woke up during random parts of this morning, would have strong morning wood; made it a point to take advantage of this time and did a few 10 second kegels before I drifted back to sleep.

Today I'll be swimming again, as well as working abs, back, and shoulders today at the school gym. Only did about 5 or 6, 100s yesterday. Pushing for atleast 7 or 8 100s today, freestyle/breaststroke combo.

Rested today. Just worked out, and hung out with friends. Getting up early tomorrow for a fun hike with friends.

Yup, just need to be patient and take it a PE session at a time.

Day 25

Went hiking with friends, had a blast; then we ate like kings afterwards. Body is dead tired, will get back to PEing tomorrow or monday.

Jelqing engorgement was feeling nice, as were my stretches. I don't get much engorgement in v jelqs, but I can feel and see blood traveling through my shaft; standing or sitting position. I was able to get a decent eq for my uli's, so that was nice. And also edged for 30+ mins, I forgot how many PONRs I hit, but there was a point where my libido just dropped, I didn't cum, but I think I felt a good amount of pre cum in areas. Still learning to control that.

Good session though.

Resting, I'm exhausted, no edging today. Haven't swam these past two days. Hopefully I'll have the energy to swim tomorrow, I miss the pool in this hot weather.

Heck yeah we are. I just need to re supply my supps, and finish this 13 week conditioning period, then it's off to clamping.

I've formulated a nice cardio plan for stamina in the sack, as well as better circulation throughout the body. And I've varied my lifting routine to to be by feel, so I'll always be progressing.

Chiseling up the body and creating a nice cock, with great control. As well as referencing myself with new sex positions, oral/fingering tips, and other things; I'll be the best many girls have had.

Resting, will edge today though.

Last few sessions, I've had solid engorgement, even when PEing when standing up. For edging, focusing on the sensation, not necessarily my EQ. A friend of mine might set me up with a couple want a threesome, it'll be MMF, but I don't mind. Would be nice to see my work and knowledge I've been learning to put to use.

Day 47I only warmed up, jelqed, stretched, and edged today. My eq was crap during edging though for the most part. Seriously quitting porn now; I only watch it now and then, but I think that's enough to screw me over. Takes 21 days to break a new habit, 21 days to reaffirm it, and 21 days to build a new habit. Let's get to it.
